Marc was not interested in helping me out at all... I asked for a little help in setting up a/c in our shop and was fully intending to do business there... was not helpful at all! Just because we were not a large commercial customer... Come on! That is not service...

The manager (Marc) was more than helpful. He sat down with me and took the time to ensure that not only was I getting the right units for my house also that i was getting a fair deal. I've already recommended them to others. Keep up the great work you guys!

They will not sell anything to the public unless you have an account, even basic electrical or hand tools. Not friendly about it either.
