Switching to Itelya Communications was the best decision I could have made for our family. We were paying out this ever increasing rate to Telus, never notified of changes, having to wait over a week for service and constantly having poor signals due to improper setup. I was fed up with paying like $200/mo. and still having issues so I sought out a solution outside of the big companies.I knew nothing about what to look for or who to trust. One of my friends recommended I look into Itelya Communications, they personally knew someone working there so it wasn't an in inaccessible overseas company. I asked so many questions that it was probably super annoying, but they answered with so much patience and professionalism. They were incredibly thorough and respectful, I didn't feel I was being taken for a ride.Setup was really fast and they were with me every step of the way to get everything going. I had an issue right off the bat with setup (it was totally my bad), I called the 24 hour help line and they addressed it immediately. No judgement, only assurance that everything is fine and they don't mind helping at all.I think I have had their service now for about 8 or 9 months and I will NEVER go back!! These are the best rates for everything available to you. I opted to purchase my equipment and with what I am saving over what Telus or Shaw can offer, it has already paid for itself.Switch now.
