Fantastic experience. No receptionist really, so walk in and get someone’s attention and they’ll help you out. We are refurbishing a 50 year old boat and there was a MASSIVE tear in the old Genoa; they were able to repair it so we didn’t have to replace the sail. Not only that, but they did it super fast & affordable for us, which is awesome cause we’re on a shoestring. Off sailing this weekend! Thanks Dennis!

I’m very impressed with the speed and quality of the stitching on my genoa. I dropped the sail off on a Monday morning for repair of the luff line channel as it had let go for most of the length of the leach. It was repaired and ready by Thursday in time for the long weekend. North Sails had also replaced the head and tack straps which were showing signs of age. The staff is professional & competent and the charged was very fair.

I hate leaving five star reviews cause there's always room for improvement, except when it comes to the crew in the Vancouver North Sails loft.I've brought them a brand new spinnaker that was in tatters (an soaking pile of rags tbh) and it came out of the shop literally better than new.Between Dennis, Chris, and Drew there's nothing the team at North Sails can't sort out for you.
