Pretty Pooch Grooming

I have a small (5lb) dog with very fine hair that I brush every day. I asked for hypoallergenic shampoo to be used. When I brought her home she was matted to the skin over her entire body. I called and was told they didn't have a hypoallergenic conditioner, so used none. I was also told that they don't blow dry because the hair is too fine, neither towel dry. So how was she dried? When I called I was told she was combed through before she left. There was no apology, no suggestion of a partial or full refund and neither a discount on the next visit. Not to mention the trauma my dog endured for days while I tried to brush/cut her matts out! I will not go back! I've been a consistent client with both my dogs for 18 months.

Came in for a wash, ear clean and nail clip for my 6 pound Pomeranian. My dog wasn’t brushed at all, her ears weren’t cleaned nor were her nails clipped. I came in about 10 minutes early and my dog was crying as well. I should have read the reviews before I went..

Great job on Oscar! i was a little anxious as we have just moved here and first time at a new groomers but he looks amazing and clearly not at all stressed! Thanks and will definitely be back !

I was very clear when we dropped off my dog to not to cut close to his bum. We were very clear with them. In the evening we noticed he was in pain and checked him. After checking we saw that his bum area was buzzed and skin was irritated.2 stars as it was a good cut but they did not follow wishes and now dog is in pain. I would share pictures but l think you guys get my point.

I have been bringing our Cocker Spaniel to Pretty Pooch since we adopted him, and I wouldn't take him anywhere else! The staff is always pleasant and he enjoys his time with them. During our last visit the owner offered some advice for his ears, and it has made a difference for him already! We also requested that his ears be trimmed more than usual as the hair can get quite heavy, and they did a great job! Thank you Pretty Pooch!
