Excellent service and hospitality. The staff is very friendly but professional. The salon is very clean and spacious. Also, they have a wide variety of hair and skin treatment.I highly recommend Salon Fiorello.

5-star review for a 10-star salon. Laurier was simply amazing. She took her time, listened carefully as I stumbled through my explanation of the style I was going for, and gave a great cut and exquisitely-relaxing wash. High fade with long top/undercut. Thanks Laurier!

I had a really wonderful appointment with Hailey and felt like she really listened to what I wanted. Explained her suggestions well, explained the products she was using and didn't push small talk too much when there was a natural lull in our conversation. I am so happy with the result. Also very clean salon, friendly reception and nice lighting.

When I moved to Ottawa in 2014, this was the first salon I went to. Eight years later, it’s still the only salon I go to. Everyone is fantastic, especially Christa and Jess (I would trust them both with my life.) The interior is stunning, and I always recommend Fiorella to my friends in Ottawa.

Megan did an absolute great job with my haircut! She really took the time to listen to what I want and delivered it 100%. I also listened to her suggestions and I'm happy that I did. She did a nice toner on my hair too so I got a nice root shadowing and color on my hair that was getting brassy. I definitely recommend her.

This salon always provides outstanding services! I am always in usually for a colour correction service and they never disappoint! With my unique look and taste it can be a challenge but not for my 2 stylists! I recommend Stephan for colours or cuts! And Alex for Colours. In the pictures provided Stephan created the orange looks and Alex created the pink look! Do not hesitate to go here!

I came in for a balayage and a hair cut with Carmela yesterday and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s only been with the salon 5 days but she did the best job I’ve ever gotten in my 24 years of life. Carmela has a new client in me!

The service was great. My hair dresser knew what she was doing. I loved it there. It’s just a bit costly. Hair cut alone cost 70 cad minimum.

This is the first place that I have ever been able to fully trust with my hair. I went to the Master Stylist Megan, and it was the best job I have ever had done on my hair. I got partial highlights, and a haircut. It all came to just over $200, which couldn't be beat anywhere else. I really wasn't sure what I wanted, but Megan somehow still figured out how to give me results I was happy with. The setting is quiet, well lit, and welcoming. The receptionist Tess was lovely.
