Friendly staff. Bought box of chocolate strawberries for $45 if you wanted the box for Valentine’s Day it was $55 $10 for a box.for 12 strawberries was disappointed.A great alternative to flowers. I used these before and had great reviews but is getting to expensive for what we are getting.

Arrangement was displayed in a cheap tin, very poorly done. The fruit was frozen when delivered and then appeared very slimy. So we refrigerated it immediately. The taste was off and fruit was rotten and the choc covered strawberries were moldy under the chocolate within 2 days. I do not like giving bad reviews but buyer beware! It was sent to us a gift so of course we wouldn't complain to the people who purchased it but I feel bad they wasted their money

Their chocolate covered strawberries are good but so over priced!! I just paid $58 for a dozen. That’s absolutely insanity! The strawberries weren’t the freshest, they seemed like they were on their last leg as well.

Paid over $55 for a dozen dipped strawberries which I think is very overpriced. The chocolate was very thick and overpowering. We couldn’t even taste the strawberries.

My fiance bought me a surprise package from edible arrangements for my birthday and was absolutely disappointed with the flowers left at my door. They came literally rotten. Paying $140 for flowers, 4 cupcakes and a plate of cookies and some dipped fruit is outrageous and will never get our business again. Do NOT recommend. Very disappointed.

I recently placed an order for delivery to my mother and when she sent me a photo of what she received I was quite disappointed in the quality. So I reached out to the Red Deer store via email, and stated my concern along with photos. They got back to me promptly, the staff was very friendly, and they fixed the issue immediately.

Amazing customer service by cassandra on the phone and the delivery driver, on what I imagine is one the busiest days of the year!! Everything was fresh and beautiful! Also delicious!!

The service is fantastic! I had ordered some Get Well soon strawberries for my son after he had surgery. They received the order within 45 minutes and I honestly thought it would be the following day because we ordered later in the day.He said they were delicious!Thank you!
