I had an incredibly zen experience today at Lemon Water! I am 34 weeks pregnant and really needed some TLC. Karen Clark gave me an incredible massage and even shared some tips to help me for after care. I feel great and looking forward to returning for more treatment!

I go here regularly for massage sessions for the past year. I prefer massage where they actually work thru my muscles (i have a stiff muscled in my neck shoulder, upper back, as well as calves), like deep tissue massage. There is a few therapist that are good for this (Ronald, Dave, Mihir). I'd say that Mihir works the most thoroughly thru areas that need attention and this greatly helps me to feel better and not have tension in those muscles. Definitely recommend!

I have been a patient at this clinic for 18 months now. Dr Selene is always very professional and comforting when it comes to IV. I am also a regular patient of Katarzyna who is PHENOMENAL. She is very welcoming and takes time to listen to what I have to say, she personalises the treatment to my needs and each visit is better and better. I recently had the hot stone massage and it was the best massage I have ever had. Thank you for taking care of me Selene, Katarzyna & Lemon Water, the whole team is great there!

I’ve seen two practitioners at lemon water and have had a fantastic experience from both!I saw Mihir for a 45 minutes massage and my god I think he is working with magic or something… I felt so amazing. He worked on all the pain points in my neck and back with an attentiveness to my pain levels while also making sure that the pressure was released by the end of the massage. He talked me through what he was doing and gave me some great maintenance stretches at the end of the visit. At my slightest wince, change in breathing or anything he knew to pause for a moment, direct my breathing, and work through it. I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.I also saw Meagan for pelvic floor therapy, which i was very nervous about, but she made me feel so safe and comfortable. I was in tears at the end of our visit because so many doctors had made me feel like this pain was all in my head but she worked with me to identify the pain centres and gently release the pressure. She also gave me a great stretch/exercise routine for upkeep afterwards.I can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing practitioners, friendly staff, great space, and truly magnificent treatment.

Dr. Melika is a great naturopath. She’s very attentive and takes the time to listen to you and your concerns/goals for seeing her. I have struggled with acne and I’ve seen results after two months with her when I wasn’t able to see those same results with a dermatologist. She’s honest about how working with a naturopath is and how it’s different than an MD. I am really happy to have found her.

Lemon water is awesome! Meaghan MacNeill is very knowledgeable and has helped me overcome a few injuries related to weight training and basketball. She has always been focused on getting me back to do doing things I love. She communicates well too which is great. I always know why my body is experiencing certain pain or is reacting a certain way.

I had an initial visit with Dr. Brynne for the first time today and am so pleased with how she was able to treat my concerns. I felt completely at ease and comfortable throughout the chiropractic massage and acupuncture portion of the visit. I will definitely be back for future sessions!

I was lucky enough to get a 90 minute massage with Ronald yesterday evening. I needed it. Ronald was kind, polite and focused, and took his time really working my back and shoulders out properly. I will be booking again, and urge you to as well!

Dr. Selene is the best naturopath I have ever seen. Her deep expertise and the quality of her care is unmatched. I am very grateful for all that she has helped me and my family with over the last 5 years. Also, her clinic and all the other services offered are excellent as well. Highly, highly, highly recommended for anyone looking for a naturopathic doctor.
