Chris at Good Land Travel was amazing to work with! We worked with him for our wedding in Punta Cana and ended up with about 30 guests that utilized Good Land as well. He kept all guests up to date on travel requirements and answered all of my crazy bride questions! He was always only a text or email away and responded quickly! Our trip to the Valentin Imperial Resort in Riviera Maya was planned through Chris at Good Land Travel, LLC. The trip was a really positive experience and very easy to execute from planning through fruition. I felt confident the whole time that our next steps for payment and travel were communicated clearly and it made for a great vacation.The resort was a great place with excellent service and it came by recommendation of Chris. Traveling with a group of 8 can be daunting but it was really very smooth. The only real hiccup was with the transportation having a glitch in their system from the Airport to the resort, but even that was worked out fairly efficiently.This was my first time having a trip planned by a travel agent, and it was such a positive experience. My sincere hope is to be able to use Chris' services again for future travel needs, especially when considering foreign travel.Thanks for a very relaxing and well planned vacation, Chris, it was really a highlight of my year.

Chris went above and beyond for us!!! He recommended many resorts based on what we were looking for and guided us in the right direction! We told him what we were looking for our budget and he gave us very many options to choose from, which was very hard because they were all great! We had many questions and he was incredibly patient on responding to them and being honest about everything.We also can’t thank Chris enough for helping us find a back up plan when our original plan got ruined by the hurricane a week before our travel date! He was on top of it, communicating 24/7, and gave us the best honeymoon and vacation ever! We ended up traveling to Secrets Maroma in Rivièra Maya, Mexico and it was everything we wanted and more! I chose Chris because of a video he made about Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. The video was professional and informative.After watching the video I decided to reach out by email. I was shocked with how fast he responded. Within 15 minutes we were emailing and he was answering questions, giving options and making sure everything I had questions about he was answering. We set up a call to go over specifics and I never felt like he was rushing me. He made sure to give me the time I needed.After we booked, it did not end there. He made sure to continue to correspond and answer all of my questions. Chris went so far as to send me specific pictures of the resort as he was going to be visiting after we booked.
