The pickerel and Greek salad is spectacular. The pickerel is so fresh it probably remembers it’s name. The calamari rings were some of the best I’ve ever had. This place is certainly worth the drive.

Hmmmmmmm the pickerel melts in your mouth - pan fried to perfection along with Greek salad a perfect amount of seasoning & feta. Place your order with the friendly staff than take a seat at a table & enjoy your time with your friends or family. The service is quick & you will not be disappointed.After your meal take a stroll down the beach, boardwalk to enjoy the sites or swimming. For those who like to fish bring your fishing gear or sit along the boardwalk watch the boats. There are many shops to enjoy if that is what your fancy. So much to do in Gimli or Winnipeg Beach. Plan your next road trip or how about book a cabin.

The Beach Boy restaurant I visited was a true gem of Gimli. With its prime location right on the shoreline, it offered breathtaking lake views while enjoying a delicious meal. The menu featured a variety dishes that were simply outstanding. The laid-back atmosphere and friendly staff added to the overall charm of the place. It's the perfect spot to savor a meal, feel the sand between your toes, and soak in the beauty of the beach. I highly recommend this beach restaurant for an unforgettable dining experience.

Fantastic food, excellent service. The dinner plates are huge and delicious! Biggest small fries" I've ever seen. We directly went back the next day to enjoy the food once more."

The pickerel was amazing! We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere of this restaurant! We ate in the patio and it was lovely! You might wait in line for your food but it is worth it. This is a true gem in Gimli. Service was fast and friendly. Absolutely recommended if your are visiting the town!

Comfortable, fast friendly- they weren’t kidding about how good the Greek Salad was- first time I have ever been excited for a salad (please add more olives tho guys) Fish was awesome.

The pickerel has so many tiny bones. I counted about 15 in one piece (that I was sharing with my toddler, making it unsafe for her to eat) we reached out to the employee and she responds “the pickerel have bones, it’s whatever we get from the fishermen.. the fish do come from the water” and rolled her eyes and walked away. It was awful customer service. We did not eat our second piece. You pay and leave a tip first and I already gave a generous tip. I wish I hadn’t. We will not be back.
