La Nails

I wish there was an option for 0 stars.. LA Nails has the WORST possible service and the least friendliest staff I have ever experienced in my 10+ years of getting my nails done. Please explain to me how someone can walk into your salon asking to PAY for your service and you tell them you are too busy and advise them to leave? How professional is to to TURN DOWN business? To be so rude not to even apologize and give an approximate timing of when the next available slot would be. (I came in at 11 AM) I am in sheer disgust and will make it my duty to advise everyone I know not to give service to such a disrespectful (for lack of a better word), business.

Another lovely experience at LA Nails. Their new technician (I did not get her name) is meticulous. I had a French shellac mani and she shaped each nail precisely and perfectly. The polish application was flawless and she gave me the most wonderful hand massage. I've been coming here for more than 10 years and will keep coming back.Any reviews that say the ladies aren't friendly or are rude puzzle me. Become a regular and get to know Kim and Ha and the rest of the team.

I recently visited this salon for a pedicure. I am very dissappointed. There was no communication from the staff member. There were no smiles, nothing friendly about her, and most importantly I did not receive a foot massage. I wish I had been treated like my business mattered to them.Kimberly Ainlay

Had a pedicure here a few months ago. It was fine, but their prices weren't posted anywhere and the staff wasn't very friendly. They didn't tell me that having my calluses shaved would cost extra until after it was done. Additionally, they didn't do a very good job with shaving the calluses, leaving marks on the bottom of my feet.

My experience was wonderful! The staff were very welcoming and thorough. I was educated in nail shape and gel polish, which I appreciated. If you are looking to get a manicure at a good price with excellent service, look no further!

I've been going to Ha for a few years now. I used to try new nails places all the time and was never really happy until I was referred to Ha by a friend. Unlike other nails places Ha and Kim care about quality rather than quantity and it shows. I live in Cambridge and make the drive to Guelph just for my nails, it's so worth it.

Great service! Kim was so lovely to chat with and she did an excellent job on my nails! The salon itself was very clean and I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I usually just pop around between random salons but I’ll for sure come back. The ladies were SO thorough! (So schedule a little extra time). My fake nails look like real nails which I like :)

Both of the nail technicians are complete sweethearts, they always do their best to get you in. Their busy because they are amazing so it is best to try booking an appointment. Their nails are some of the best I've had since living in Vancouver, they last long and have been able to do any design I've asked for

It was my first time here and I think it was Kim who did my nails. I got a full set of powder acrylics done, she was so gentle and made sure I was okay with everything before proceeding and took her time to make sure it looked great. Everyone there was really nice and friendly. The price is very reasonable compared to other nail salons and results looked exactly as I wanted! I will definitely be back!
