Ironworks Health and Wellness

I was at Ironworks twice this week, a visit to the gym and a yoga class in the loft. Both extremely positive experiences. There is such a great vibe and staff are always so welcoming. So glad to have found it.

I like the people, the facilities, and the positive environment. My wife really enjoys working with Clinton, and he is dedicated to helping her. I like the challenge of working hard to meet my goals, and feel supported by the whole team. Thanks, Ironworks fam!!!

Jordy and his staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Being a gym owner myself, Iron Works is a top-notch training facility. It is very clean, safe and has a great atmosphere.I really like the classic weight section. They have an abundance of machines and free weights for any training goal you might have. If you are looking for a gym in town that's not over crowded and all about getting results head to Iron Works!

A spacious community oriented facility with a large assortment of well maintained fitness equipment. The wellness centre is exceptionally clean and sanitary. Great friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. The gym is accommodating to all people regardless of fitness levels and physical abilities. Would not go elsewhere.

Used to love going here since I joined last year, but since Jan 2023 they have for some reason decided that profit > community and member safety, and sold way more memberships than can possibly fit in the gym. Doesn't matter what time of day or day of the week I go, the parking lot is overflowing with cars to the point people are parked illegally and the gym is way overcrowded, which makes it impossible to use one of only two squat racks they have if you aren't willing to wait over an hour.

I have been a member at Ironworks gym for over 10 years. It was my first gym I ever joined. My family and I appreciate the expert knowledge of all of the trainers. There is always someone nearby to help setup the machines properly and help us maintain safe form. There are many classes available from gentle stretch, muscle building cardio, spin and yoga all levels. The management is exceptional in every aspect. The cleanliness, quality of equipment, professional and friendly staff and zero judgement environment is first class across the board. Try Ironworks if you haven't yet. They will make you feel right at home whether a beginner or a pro. I will never go anywhere else.

Because it’s the best gym in town, hands down. Equipment is awesome, things are kept very clean and organized and every single staff member is an absolute gem! I love this gym! Looking forward to another 20yrs of being a member

Ironworks is a very community focused health and wellness centre. They have worked so hard to ensure that people feel safe with multiple upgrades throughout the various waves of the pandemic. I'm so thankful they have created such a safe and community focused space for people to improve their mental and physical health/well-being. I have been attending for almost 4 years now and consider myself a lifer :) Thanks to the whole Ironworks team for their commitment to safety to keep our community healthy.

Ironworks Gym has been my go to for the last five years. They offer a safe and clean environment to work out and the additional supports they offer are second to none. I highly recommend their professionalism and knowledge and appreciate the owners commitment to excellence and the health and encouraging their clients.

I needed to get in better shape. I started eating clean and needed the motivation to keep active and social. Iron works has been an amazing place to help people reach their goals and are very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to colleges, friends or family to workout in a judgement free zone with very knowledgeable staff to help you with fitness or nutrition needs.
