I always get my nails done at yens nails, have been going to them for years. Even before the Pandemic Yens nails has been demonstrating clean services and the art work performed on the nails is amazing and beautiful. On my hands we experiment with a peach color ombre with white tip. And on my toes is a hot pink ( neon) with white line design and glitter gel. I recommend Yens nails to everyone.

Worst place to have your nails done. She ruined everything and on top of that she is such a rude arrogant lady.

I have used Yen for my nails for 21 years. She does an awesome job always and I will only go to her place. My mother and daughter use her as well.

I’m very disappointed with my nails. I can still see the grown out line under the colour as Yen didn’t properly fill them in. She is clearly bad at booking clients in as I waited 25minutes with an appointment and she was jumping around from client to client. I felt grossed out placing my hands on the dryer as they feel DIRTY. I pay $48 for a fill at The Nail Boxx and they do a GREAT JOB. This is why you don’t try somewhere new. I paid $50 for a fill here and the previous blue colour I had is still visible. Upon going back in to tell Yen this, she brushed me off and got another employee to file the sides off (the blue). THERE IS ALSO FLUFFS STUCK UNDER THE ACRYLIC THAT THEY DIDN’T CARE TO FIX. I hate leaving negative reviews but don’t waste your money here. Oh and my thumbs are a fat almond shape. Extremely rushed and unprofessional job.

Yen Nails is simply the BEST! Yen and her staff do an excellent job every time. The salon is very clean, which is important to me. Whether it's nails, pedicures, waxing, or eyelash tinting, I have always had a great customer experience.I have been going to Yen Nails for many years now and would not go anywhere else! ❤️❤️

I’m giving this service a 1 star experience since I can’t give them a 0. They broke all my nails while removing my old shellac polish. Then they didn’t even use acetone to soak my nails like other salons do. Started straight away with an electric buffer instrument, which caused intense breakage on my nails. At the beginning they said they would charge me $5 for removing the old nail polish,  but once I was at the cash register to pay, they said it was gonna cost me $15. So upsetting and disappointing that they didn’t care about possibly new annual customers, because I will not be coming back. Finally, the nail polish on my new manicure chipped in less than 2 days. Rip off, they charged me way more than intended and proceeded to cause a great damage to my nails as well. Do not recommend to anyone, you can find better salons for sure.

Yen’s Nails is an excellent nail salon! I’ve been driving from my home 30 mins east of Yen’s for 11 YEARS! The reviewers who are giving this shop 1 star need to give it another try. I am very picky about my services, and Yen does great work! Four weeks between visits is how long her work lasts, so I save $$ too. Highly recommended.
