Absolutely Horrible pharmacy! Can you believe I have 3 insurances for my child and they still billed us 120$for a face cream!? What a bunch of disorganized people. Went 3 times to pick this prescription up since nobody had even bothered to fill it. Since new ownership/management it's been a sh*t show. Never returning! Save yourself the trouble.

Dive through pick up hours are terrible!! Spoke one time to pharmacist about it, and his reply at that time was “ if I had my way it would be closed “ . Obviously this pharmacist has not ever experienced an issue in his lifetime with a walking issue. I have serious issues with walking and this pharmacy does not cater in any way to people who have walking issues which most older people have. Anyone using this pharmacy has to walk the entire length of the grocery store to get to the pharmacy. “ WOW” someone really thought that through!! There use to be a door right close to the clinic and pharmacy but some genius decided to close it . So much for thinking of anyone with a handicap that needs to use the pharmacy or let alone the clinic ?? VERY THOUGHTFUL ON THERE PART!!

I'm so upset.. I've been waiting for a prescription for WEEKS. No fault of the pharmacy, however it FINALLY was sent over to them to be filled. I double checked the website to make sure the pharmacy hours were open at the same time I had a scheduled grocery pick up.. upon arrival, I find out that they close the drive thru portion several hours before they close the actual pharmacy.I have my dog with me, I can't go inside and leave my dog in the hot car! I'm livid! Why the heck would you close the drive thru several hours before actual close?! Not only are we in a pandemic and trying to discourage unnecessary travel and crowing public places, but on top of that you close it at a time when people are getting off work and driving home.This is ridiculous! I'm so upset! I now won't be back in town for a week, and really needed this medication.I begged the lady on the phone to make an exception since I have my dog with me, but she wasn't willing to even ask anyone if it was possible.If you're going to be open, then be open. This may seem like a minor inconvenience to some, but for others, like myself, this is a HUGE problem.

This pharmacy is run exceptionally poorly. I won't go into all the details but today, I looked on line to find out the hours for the pick-up window since I know the hours are limited. There was nothing on line. I phoned the pharmacy twice to ask the hours of the window and let it ring over and over again. Each time, no one answered. I then drove to the pharmacy window and the sign says the window is indefinitely closed because they don't have enough staff. I did the long walk inside since there is only one pharmacy entrance door at the far end of the supermarket. Seniors find this such a challenge. I then stood in line behind 5 other people waiting. After several minutes, I asked why the line was not moving and how long it might be. I was answerd it would be an indefinite time since the computers had all crashed. So, DON'T go to this pharmacy. Choose any other one that has any customer service. This one doesn't. Go to Rexall on Lasalle if you have mobility challenges and need a pick-up window. Go to Metro on Lasalle if you want a pharmacy inside a supermarket. Do NOT go to the Wadland Pharmacy inside the Great Canadian Superstore. They need a good manager and more staff and I don't think I'll live long enough to see that solved. How very frustrating.

The pharmacy here is good, always have good advice and friendly staffThey could use some breath mints though.The older blond hair receptionist with glasses and blue eyes at the clinic part of the store had a great habit of skipping people however.Me and my sister as well as other friends of mine have all been victims of her.If you see her, don't take a number.. simply wait in front of her

They once gave me someone else's prescription, which I took home without noticing. I gave them an extra star as they felt worried enough to deliver the real one to my house and pick up the other one. I'm sure they broke some kind of law on this one!

Tried calling 17 times to get them to send my doctor a refill request for an entire week and a half and not one person answered the phone. 17 times in 9 days, business days, ridiculous.

We just started at this pharmacy eve though they are curtious i find it very frustrating when my physician prescribes medication for 3 months and they will only dispense 1 month at a time ,the previous pharmacy always dispensed 3 months , this ends up costing our drug plan 2 extra dispensing fee per medication plus 2 added trips to the pharmacy during a time we are trying to social distancing !!!! I gather we are going back to our previous pharmacy

So slow.... guy getting prescriptions is soooo slow. Always needs help. 15 minutes in line waiting. Busy day yes. However I've been her enough to know what is bad and this is bad.

Every single time I have come here to get my second booster, no matter at 8 in the morning, 10, 12, 2 PM, they always have some excuse. Our pharmacist is buy, we are done for the day, could you come back tomorrow? I understand if they are out of vaccinations but having them in stock and always finding some excuse to not give me one. Tired of this place, never coming back.
