Dr. Fire and staff are wonderful, they demonstrate a caring and thoughtful approach to helping you with your concerns on leg vein treatments. I have had leg vein treatments done off and on by Dr. Fire over the last 8 years and I would highly recommend her.

Doesn’t seem like a medical clinic, more like a business trying to sell cosmetic procedures. The walls are super thin so you can hear the patient/customer before you receiving the same cookie-cutter sales spiel. Perhaps this is more a fault/systemic failure of privatization of something that should be accessible and covered by OHIP as there doesn’t seem to be any alternative options - most people cannot afford to pay for the most expensive version of a solution and it’s cruel to even advertise less expensive options if you’re going to tell the patient that they’re unavailable. They wasted visits on me and could’ve just been transparent when booking - massive waste of time.

VenaSeal™ Treatment For Varicose Veins was the treatment I chose. My legs were in rough shape after 3 high risk pregnancies and hereditary! This procedure gives you the better result and includes Sclero necessary after the main treatment! If there are areas that don’t totally resolve follow up Sclero is included ! Cindy is the master with a needle and anybody that has had Sclero done properly knows how important it is to have somebody with a steady hand and good eye!I have never been treated as respectful by any other team! The doctor is a perfectionist, honest and respectful! I was quite self conscience and he was very respectful of that!An investment of approx $7,500 including the best compression stockings I have ever worn has relieved, pressure and pain I have had for over 20 years. Vein stripping surgery was useless and I can now see why people travel from all over North America for this place ! Public health care should really cover this procedure .. it would save so much on the system for repeat doctor visits and useless stripping procedures!Parking is a pain so go early .. if you take the procedure I had .. take a day or 2 off from your regular schedule and get a drive. They say you don’t have to .. but with Gravol and some of the other stuff they give makes you feel groggy ..was really feeling out of it!Save the extra money and get this procedure over the others .. is saves a lot of extra hassle !

I can only report an excellent experience with Dr. Kundu and The Vein Institute. The staff were very helpful, professional and attentive. In early march I had an EVLT done on my left leg by Dr. Kundu and the procedure was painless and successful. I am very happy with the outcome and my recovery to date is going along very well and on schedule. This is the second procedure done by Dr. Kundu and I am extremely happy with the results of both. Cindy was outstanding!!! I had dark red prominent telangiectasia ( superficial veins) on my chest and neck from prior breast cancer radiation therapy. This clinic did a very good job with my vercose vein treatments they made me feel comfortable and made it an enjoyable experience. Wait times are short and staff is very nice.
