Store is usually pretty tidy and they are generally well priced. They could use some music while you shop so it doesn't feel so deserted. Staff are helpful when asked, It's nice that no one is breathing down your neck while you shop.

It is okay and sometimes they have what I am looking for! Oddly enough it is the rare items that I seem to be able to find in stock, such as 200 amp breaker panels when everyone else in the city was sold out, also rare 50 amp breakers for the panel I bought. However if you are looking for a simple screwdriver, you might want to look elsewhere if you want a selection other than standard... I've had issues with screws and lag bolts in the past too.

I was looking for a weed trimmer / blower combo that was on sale. I spoke with Bailey at Pembina and Grant. They did not have both items there and she tried a few others with no luck. After I left she continued to look for me and found the blower at another location and brought it to her location for me to pick up. She kept me informed all along the way. If would have been easy to say they were sold out but Bailey wouldn’t until she located what I needed. Thank you for going the extra mile. I appreciate your efforts.

I was shopping for a new wheelbarrow online. I saw the one I wanted however it was not in stock at the store on Meadow wood (which later I was informed the store is closing permanently). I went to the Pembina store and it was available there. When I entered, I asked the cashier for information about the wheelbarrow displayed in the vestibule. She had no knowledge about it and hastily directed me to the service desk. The service desk was very helpful and he even left his desk and showed me where the boxes were located. Again the cashier was not that customer friendly. Overall, the store is very clean and tidy with lots of convenient parking. Good to have a local alternative to the big box stores.

Far better than big box harware stores! Super easy to find staff and they are very knowledgeable and don't talk down on you for not knowing anything. The cashiers are super friendly and helped me pick out some lumber I needed. The yard staff is nice too and did all my cuts quickly.So much better than other hardware stores. Try them out next time you need something

This place is great!They have good selection at reasonable prices. More importantly the staff are very helpful. They seem to specialize in particular departments, so they can't all help you with everything - but they'll find someone who can. I've phoned to talk to the manager about supplies for particular projects and they're very accommodating and helpful. Also, if you're getting things delivered, they'll actually bring it to the building or up/down stairs - not just forklift the pallet onto your driveway like other home reno stores do.

I had a great experience working with Scott. He helped me out with my deck and advised me on the right composite for the job. We went with Fiberon Beach House and couldn’t be happier. Definitely worth the extra money. Also picked up a great patio set and deck box.

Andrew on the order desk is friendly and knowledgeable about all the products that they carry. I spend way too much money here. Lol.Need paint? These guys know there stuff. Great selection of tools, unfortunately not what I needed.
