Small Creatures Pet Clinic

I almost hate to say it, because he’s only one man with so many hours in a day, and I don’t want all the appointment spots booked up!But… Dr.Jim is just incredible (and the ladies behind the desk are kind and helpful).He’s kind and funny with my kids, and beyond terrific with our pets. Even our somewhat cantankerous cat purrs and loves on him. I’m shocked every time!Really, really fabulous vet. I only wish dearly that I’d come across him a few years ago.

We have reached out to Small Creatures and Dr. Snyder specifically to discuss our unsatisfactory experience via email about 2 weeks ago and have not yet heard a response - even after a follow up email was sent with a request for acknowledgement. We didn’t want to reach out via social media but if our email is ignored or missed we wanted to provide an opportunity for you to respond.Here is a picture of the damage that happened to my cat. Now I know accidents happen but to blatantly call us out as being bad pet parents and just being so aggressive towards us because we re upset that you slashed our cat. Go elsewhere people there are a lot of good clinics around.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cat!! So kind and friendly, Jim always suggests the best without constantly wanting to do tests to charge you. The ladies on the front desk are always sweet and caring for my cat.

First of all, this clinic is great because they are one of very few that are still allowing owners to come into the exam room during the covid-19 pandemic. They've got the space to maintain social distancing which is great because I really didn't want to drop my cat off and wait outside.Anyway, this is hands down the best vet I've been to. Dr. Snyder and his staff were amazing. Super friendly. Very thorough and showed such a high level of understanding and compassion. I can't say enough positive things about the team. Their prices are very fair as well.Do yourself and your pet a favour and make Small Creatures Pet Clinic your go-to vet from now on. You won't be disappointed.

Greetings from Thailand❤️. A huge thank-you to Dr Schnyder, Christine, Christina and everyone of the clinic. They had taken great care of my dog while we lived in the neighborhood, and went out of their way to help with our international travel. I wish I had found them sooner and spared my dog and myself the practitioners of lesser professional caliber, ethics and humanity. At Small Creatures, people genuinely care about the well-being of our animal companions. Anyone looking for a family vet in Langley, I'd say to you, trust me, this is the one!

I’ve had a few different Vets for my two cats over the past 12 years and since moving to Langley 4 years ago Jim and his gang have been the best. Jim is so thorough about every detail and really cares for your pet. Christine & Christina are also very caring and knowledgeable, I highly recommend!!

One of the best vet clinics in the Fraser Valley. We moved from Alberta to BC and tried a couple different local vets who were either heavy on upselling or didn't read our dog's 9-year history. Dr. Snyder at Small Creatures Pet Clinic was kind, patient, and thorough! He took the time to collect and review our dog's medical history from 3 prior vets. Our dog has had ongoing skin issues where she would scratch until she bled or caused an inflamed ear. I am so grateful to have found this clinic. They also clip nails ! It's been a great experience.

Dr. Snyder is such an empathetic person. It's been 2 years since my last dog passed. I brought my new puppy to him, and he was very thorough with the pup's first exam. Spent an hour with us explaining everything. It's not the cheapest vet clinic, but that's not what I'm looking for. What I want is thoroughness, and that's what you get here.

Only 4 and not 5 because it was the 1st appointment (previous vet retired) but for our older dog who is afraid of new people everyone was awesome. I so appreciated that the vet was so gentle, talked to her and calmed her not rushing anything so it was the best visit we've ever had for her. Based on that one visit I wouldn't hesitate to recommend that office. They are very respectful of the pet and their people.
