LOVE THE FOOD! I don't know if it's authentic but it's fantastic. The service is always very nice and quick as well and you get a good portion size for how much you spend. 100% will be going there again.

Finally an authentic Mexican restaurant in Blaine!Just moved out here from Roseville, MN. I used to get my tamales from a lady selling them from her car when I lived in southern Los Angeles. Had the chicken tamales here and they were delicious and a good level of spicy! Will definitely come back to try other meals!

Giliberto's Mexican Taco
I've been doing take out from here for about 2 years. Especially on my way home from work. The food is delicious! My favorite are the 2 tamales with rice and beans, your choice of pork or chicken, also the Super fries are amazing! Excellent service! I've recommended this place to my family and friends. They love it. Thanks Gillibertos, for serving us great Mexican food!

Delicious authentic food, order at counter with seating available for dine in. Breakfast also on the menu!Prices a bit high but portions are big. Restaurant employees were polite but not abundantly friendly or engaging to provide that customer experience. Not rude at all but felt cold and standoffish.Chorizo burrito had good flavor yet very oily and the meat to egg ratio was very heavy on the meat. Overall we enjoyed it and would return.

We love this taco shop, as we are always in search of rolled tacos like we ate growing up in San Diego. these are close and have good meat and flavorful sauce. carnitas tacos were really good too. we often order ahead for pick up and it seems like the never start the order until we arrive which can sometimes be a pain if we have a big group and want to grab and go, but I guess they want it to be hot and fresh. Be careful and put notes when ordering, last time we got a side of rice with one order of rolled tacos and they put the rice on top which we thought was strange. prices are very reasonable for the quality of food.

Pleasantly surprised with how delicious everything turned out to be. The menu is huge and offers many options for choice of protein. There is a fresh salsa bar. The space itself isn't very big and has few tables for dine in. They do have a drive thru, which is very handy. Breakfast is served all day and menudo is offered on the weekend. Generous portions!! Ordered the pork tamale: standard. Eggs and potatoes: really good! Tacos are the winner! Corn tortillas were fresh. Had lengua, bucha, and tripas. I recommend all of those. Out of the three, the tripas was my favorite! Had a nice crunch. Ordered thehorchata. Light and not too sweet. Good mouth feels. A spot to keep in rotation.

Got a Burrito and tacos, they are huge and packed with meat! Food was served warm, but a bit too greasy and too much sodium going on. They have a salsa bar. Would recommend.If you pay by credit card, they charge a fee, but they don't inform customers how many percent.
