Publicly displays that they bill WSIB directly but when you call to book as a WSIB client, you’re treated as a sub-human not worthy of treatment. The website clearly says they work with WSIB cases, but somehow they’re full for WSIB clients while still accepting privately. It’s discriminatory and demoralizing to know that these people don’t want to help you simply because your treatment is subsidized

Paul can not even give me a call after paying close to $ 700 for physio. A phone call is too much to ask but I did get spoken harshly too by the receptionist Unless they get your cash you don't get a call

I have been attending for 2 1/2 years. The staff are efficient, helpful, & polite. The therapist is excellent & efficient, in his field of expertise. The receptionist is very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a better place for my therapy.

Paul and Suzanne are the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing physio.

I called Physio and Rehab of Niagara for lower back pain that wasn't easing up. They are so friendly and welcoming and Paul was great. He explained everything and is very knowledgable. I highly recommend Physio and Rehab of Niagara!

Well today I had my last session with Paul. Not through choice but benefits do not last forever. I will definitly go back for top up treatments to ensure that the outstanding work he has done on my ankle keeps going foward.At all times while attending I have had outstanding treatment from Paul and his staff. My ankle and foot have evolved from a mess into a foot and ankle that are recognizable as a working part of my body. There have been some hard sessions but through it all Paul's positive attitude and sense of humor have made the appointments if not 100% enjoyable, always a clear path to where we needed to be and how we were going to get there. Paul is an outstanding Physio and I recommend his service to any one looking for good Physio.I have got to know Paul over the last period as honest, hard working, knowledgable Physio with a good sense of humor to boot. I will miss our biweekly sessions and hope his business's prospers so I can visit for a monthly session to ensure I remain on point.Thank you Paul keep spreading your excellent services in St Catherines.Had my first appointment Tuesday 2 May 23 Efficient and friendly. Helpful and accommodating in arranging all manner of future needs including payments dealing with insurance and future appointments.Paul was extremely good excellent in making me know what I had to do while executing an outstanding treatment to my foot and ankle. At the end of my first appointment I was knowledgable of where and what was needed of me and an ankle and foot that felt out of this world. I woke up this morning and was still feeling good and felt the need to share this excellent service with anyone who may be looking for treatment.

By far the best rehab & physio in Niagara Paul and Sussane are the best

Came to Physio & Rehab to see Paul after a few friends recommended him. Paul truly helped me not only gain full movement in my knee but relieved me of the pain. I highly recommend Paul, not only, for his friendliness but dedication to your recovery.

Awesome place Paul is amazing and really helps you. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that needs physio for any reason. The direct billing with insurance is very helpful.
