Great Service. They will assist you with any question. Also they have a lot of juices and you can try each juice because they have separate automizer for each juice which is very smart. Definitely recommend! Go to their store physically and try it for yourself.

I travelled exclusively to this location due to no stock at other NYX locations (specifically Yonge & Finch). I ordered ahead of time for pick up and was given the wrong nicotine level and did not realize until I got home. Had to travel quite a distance just to return the bottle. I know human errors happen here and there but it was pretty inconvenient for me.

Super happy with my experience at this Markham location. The customer service and professionalism was beyond my expectations. I was greeted warmly by Thomas who gave me great recommendations to help me choose my new device and flavours that catered to my needs.Will be returning for sure! Great place with lots of selection!
