Very accommodating, the limo driver was very nice!

My experience with Image limousine has been horrendous. I booked the limo service FEB for my wedding. I then get told by July that they cant supply the glasses offered, no discount given. I emailed them on August 6th to confirm that everything was good, I got an email back and it was good to go same day. Then I got an email on August 23rd at 4:01 PM stating that they will be cancelling the limo service for my wedding that is 4 days away. They did not call even try to call me to explain the situation they just sent an email. Now we are stuck 4 days before the wedding trying to find transportation and we will not be refunded since we purchased it in a auction. This is every bride and grooms nightmare and I do not recommend this business if you want reliability. I even signed a contract with them and item 1.1 states: Image Limousine INC agrees to provide the designated vehicle and driver at the time date and location specified on the contract. They clearly breached there own contract. Trying to speak with the owner got him yelling at me, saying he had no driver since the beginning and was only hoping, also had no limo. Very unprofessional management/owner.

Very disappointed in this company. The limo driver called saying she was running late by 10-15 mins, then showed up 45 mins late (which led to us showing up late to our event and being denied entrance). I asked ahead of time to make sure there were going to be glasses available for champagne - no glasses were in the limo. The limo company owner (Rodney) refused a discount on the limo ride as well, only offering a deal on the NEXT limo booking with them and then stopped replying to me all together. Never booking with this company again - feel very ripped off and cheated.Replying to Shaun’s reply below - I specifically had asked for glasses (not solo cups) and was told this was going to be in the limo. The limo driver did not mention anything about issues with the lights and told me she was lost in Riverbend (which I communicated to Rodney). I could appreciate if it was delay due to a safety concern (which again, is not something that should be expected for the customer to “deal with it” - you should be checking your vehicles regularly prior to them being sent on the road in order to avoid light issues), but it was directly communicated to me by the limo driver that she was lost. This is not acceptable, especially when she refused to let me explain how to get to my place days earlier, stating “I’ve been in the business for a while”.

We love Liz! She is the most fabulous driver we have ever had! We have been using Liz's services for quite a few years now while she worked for another company. When we found out Liz started her own company we were ecstatic!! We will definitely be using Image Limousines once there liquor license is in place, we had hoped to use them for New Years however Liz had let me know that their liquor license was not in place and would not be into late January. We appreciate Liz letting us know and even provided us an alternate company that would allow us to drink in the mean time. We will definitely be using this company in the future. We have nothing but good things to say about Liz. 100/10 review if possible

We used Image Limousines to service my daughter's wedding. It was an amazing experience. This company is less than a year old but the staff is experienced and treat their customers with the utmost care. The limo was immaculately clean and comfortable. Liz is an excellent driver with a great sense of humor, respectful and accepting of all people. She is very knowledgable regarding scenic areas in the city and will take you where you want to go, safely and in fashion. Let her know what you need, regarding your trip, at the time of your booking and Liz will do everything in her power to accommodate you! I will definitely use this company again and highly recommend them for any occasion!

I hired image Limousine for my wedding transportation because of the great deal they were providing me. Everything was planned and ready for the morning and at 2am, morning of the wedding I get a message stating they’ve cancelled my contract and no transportation will be taking my party to the wedding. I had then found out they had a driver and then they didn’t have a driver and so the company had found someone else to drive, I was then told that driver was no longer available which left me scrambling because most of our vehicles were left at the venue. What a horrible way to start your wedding morning.
