Would give 0 stars if I can, you guys only take one order at a time. The slowest and worst tims in city, pull it together, it not hard to make coffee -_-Currently been waiting 10 mins with no one in front of me

Worst experience ever at Tim Horton, really disappointed by the food quality. The cashier was really not interested to take order. I asked for a meal and I received only the wrap. And to be honest the wrap was dry and was half stuffed.

Never coming back to this location, Very bad service I arrived at 10:35pm and there was no staff at the store, then the woman came at 10:50, so I waited for 15 minutes, when she came from outside she started closing, I told her I have been waiting here for 15 minutes are you just going to close without giving me my order!!!! She said I'm closing now and the way she was talking is so rude, I said but I was waiting for you and you were outside, she said I had a break (a break at this time! So weird), at least leave a note or close the store it's any way empty!!! She also refused to put cream in my coffee she claimed that she doesn't have so I got a bad coffee also.. I asked her about her name she refused to say and when I told her that she shouldn't do this during her work hours she said just complain to the head office so she doesn't care. I was reading some reviews and I was surprised that many reviews are saying the same, finding the store empty, poor quality, and these reviews are from months ago, it's so weird that this problem lasts for all this time!! I feel sorry for Tim Hortons quality failure because of its staff, it was a strong competitor to Starbucks but now I barely get a good coffee from (almost) any branch I order from...

Not good practise (to put it mildly) to refuse a refill of ice and water on a hot summer day to a customer with bottle. Offcourse you did not care that :1) I can offer to charge him for ice and water.2) The customer may be someone who visits Timmies day and night all year round through out AB.3) Atleast refuse politely and not ridicule.4) Not advise me to use a Walmart Water fountain near by when you dont know the current hygiene of the fountain.The least you can do it to refuse politely all things considered. Very disappointed. Writing this then and there with a baby in stroller (May 2nd 2023) not mentioning the time intentionally.

I have never experienced such terrible service in my life! I was at the tim hortons in the sage hill walmart trying to get a doughnut for my son and wrap for myself. The girl helping me told me she couldn't make my Buffalo wrap because they didn't have the sauce, ok no problem, I asked what sauce they did have and chose one from the options she gave me.. then she says she can't make it AGAIN because they don't have pickles... to which I said that's fine, just make it without, then she says they don't have the chicken and AGAIN SAYS SHE CANT MAKE IT! CLEARLY SHE WAS JUST TOO LAZY TO DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE!! I told her fine then I'll just take the doughnut and gave her a toonie... this girl literally throws my change AT ME. AND JUST STOOD THERE! I asked her for her name and she refused to give it to me!!! She wouldn't even move her sweater over so I could see it! Unbelievable! All I managed to see is the last 2 letters which were fa". Obviously she's not the brightest crayon in the box as when I speak to the manager (which I will)

We love Tim Hortons except the one in Walmart at sage hill. They are very messy, unkept and unhygienic. Hope they raise their standard and sone basic manners of their staff. Their staff is so rude. You say thanks and they won’t even look at you. Feels like they don’t like their jobs and makes us feel they don’t want us there. Very unwelcoming staff.

Very slow service. Putting a mobile order for just one medium coffee and end up waiting for more than 15 min. The staff seems didn’t notice there was a mobile order. Not busy at the time I arrived the restaurant, but maybe there was only one staff working and that was the reason of the slow service.

If 0 stars were an option I’d give it. At 5pm, I went to order two coffees and a sandwich. The lady at the counter said there was no beef. No problem, chose something different a ham and cheese, then she says there’s no food. I ask what time they are open until and she was like, I’m by myself and I’m not making you food. (There was two other people in the back. That we’re coming in and and out) I understand working on your own, I’ve worked at a Tim hortons take an order make an order.The proper response would have been miss I’m working on my own so it will be a little longer for your food if that’s ok.I would have waited, no issue with waiting. Though out right refusing to do your job when there are only 3 people in the line up is unacceptable.I told her to cancel my order and I went to the Tim hortons at the top of sage hill.
