Hoston Intl. Trade Ltd. - Trochi Luggage

After having used my suitcase only 3 times, the button used to release the telescope handle has snapped inside, make the handle unusable. I brought the luggage to the trochi wholesaler and they took care of it replacing the damaged part for free!!!

Had one of the wheels come off the 28 unit

Needed a replacement wheel for my daughter's suitcase. Went on the website and found that it was under warranty.Contacted the office in Richmond Hill and received the best customer service - Thanks Terry! - Just had to send a picture of the wheel and a copy of the receipt and a replacement was on the way.

Have two of the Large suitcases. Used them exactly 4 times each on separate vacations traveling in canada USA and Europe. At least one Wheel has broken each time. Can’t blame it on the baggage handlers every time. Poor design.

If I could leave a zero I would. Purchased a 3 piece set with a warranty. One has a defective lock. Then the seam came undone on the large case. Took 7 months (almost 8) of repeated follow up to get an offer to replace one case - with a non matching item- and to cover the cost of repairing the other. So after chasing them for 7 months I have to find someone to repair, pay for it, and then hope they reimburse me. And at the end of the day I won’t have the matching set I purchased. Their excuses were never ending: a company transition, email server issues, and repair guy retiring... DO NOT PURCHASE TROCHI LUGGAGE.

A fantastic company do deal with when something goes wrong! Had a wheel come off (snapped) and after being on hold with a Canadian Airline and told it would take a while before they would get to my file.....I was extremely frustrated! Called Trochi and had the luggage repaired within the week. Great people to deal with...super friendly!!!

I just wanted you to know that, since you replaced my son'ssuitcase in June 2019, the suitcase has travelled to Brazil, Gibraltar, Scotland, Spain, the US, Papua New Guinea and Australia.It is still intact and he has had no problems with it at all.Thought you might be interested in knowing how well it has performed. Great product.
