Don't shop here unless you know exactly what your looking for. Counter staff are rude and condescending choosing to say no" rather than help solve a problem. Cash sales are not accepted for less than 50$. All in all a very unpleasant experience."

Fantastic service. I came in with a plumbing problem I was trying to solve looking for a fitting to make it work and they helped me come up with a solution. Completely void of mansplaining or condescension too. Highly recommended.

EMCO didn't have the part that I needed, but the woman behind the desk took the time to find the part number for me and recommended some options that were SUPER helpful. Great service and even though they didn't have what I needed, I would definitely go back!

I returned some items and the sale man I think so was Brain or other name same this name had very bad behaviour and took more than ten minutes for four items and he did not know the goods and ask other sale man who had very good behaviour when I had bought from him. I don’t back this branch again .
