Java Hamidi is the best! My current house insurance rates were going up, but Java got me better coverage for less money AND kept the paperwork to a minimum. This was noteworthy, considering it is the beginning of fire season. I also needed a name change, which again was taken care of smoothly and efficiently. We did it all over the phone and via email. I have car insurance in the Westland West Kelowna office, who referred me to the Chilliwack office. If you want great customer service and coverage, check them out.

My condo insurance went up 42% at hub international, so through word of mouth I heard about Westland insurance. I decided to make an appointment for a quote! Upon my arrival I was greeted with a handshake, and sat down for a wonderful experience! These agents throughly explain the ins and outs of every detail . After which I decided this is the place that will get my business!Local business, friendly people that ACTUALLY get to know their clients. I am extremely happy with the kind service I received when I went into the business when I had to renew my insurance today. As always my insurance woman Serena was knowledgeable and was so amazing with my daughter and gave her a lollipop. This is why I choose to only come here for my insurance needs. Highly recommend.
