Excellent service with a special touch. Would recommend for all pet grooming services. Both ladies were gave great customer service.

My dogs love Kim, and she always does a great job and really cares about my dogs.

Thought I would have to get my “nasty” cat sedated at the vet in order to get rid of all the mats. But in less than 15 minutes, Shelley at Broadway was able to remove all the mats and clip his nails with minimal fuss and zero injury, to all concerned. Will be back!

This is a great place for my anxious little dog. Melissa has been a real help and so kind to him.

First Id like to say this is a clean, welcoming & professional environment. We have been taking our Sheltie here for close to 4 years.We have minimal choices for groomers in our area. The groomer at Broadway Grooming is hit or miss. She's a lovely girl & my dog loves her. However the quality of grooming recieved is directly reflective of how busy her day is on the day of your appointment.Prior to finding Broadway Dog Groomers we used 2 other local grooming facilities for our pets. Both provide an 8am-6pm drop off/pickup service which is very convenient for those of us who work throughout the days. Unfortunately each of those Grooming Facilities have since closed.If your considering taking your fur baby to Broadway. You may want to take into consideration that there is little room for movement with regards to pickup or drop of times.The pickup/drop off times & hours of operation has proven to be a challange for us. Our dog isn't groomed as often as he should be because of the lack of flexibility with pickup/drop off times.& hours of operation.All this being said. The facility is well maintained, staff is friendly & the prices are inline with other groomers.FYI-No credit cards. Cash or debt only.

Me and my girlfriend booked an appointment here recently for grooming.One day later we were called back, and had our appointment canceled because apparently one of the groomers had a hard time handling our Dog previously.Nothing about this had ever been mentioned before..We weren't even offered a new appointment, or an alternative person there that we could've booked with.Just canceled, with no offer of another appointment.To me, this feels very unprofessional.Very disappointed, would recommend anyone else that might have a bigger Dog to go else where.
