It's hard to get people to fix stuff in rural Ontario, so Mr Appliance is great with their online booking and capacity to fix any appliance. Techs are awesome too. Still, $377 to replace a single door switch in a microwave isn't cheap--my only hesitancy to use them again.

Great customer satisfaction, this company went above and beyond fixing our LG fridge. Friendly and thorough from 1st phone call to final repair. Repair schedule was very quick and repair mechanics are very professional from diagnostics to final repair. Highly recommended!!

Service Gentleman was polite on time. Hooked up my Fridge water line which was not expected- had to return a Week later because he did not have the right part. Very appreciative he followed through. All appliances we’re hooked up on a timely manner

This is the first time I have dealt with Mr. Appliance and I was SO impressed with their service. They scheduled me in promptly, then verified the appointment by text and email. Nathan, their electrician, arrived at the scheduled time, was very pleasant and polite ,explained the problem, gave a detailed breakdown of the costs if I wished to go ahead with the repairs. The part that needed replaced was ordered and within 2 days he was back to install it. They were also very accommodating in scheduling the repair job to work around my schedule for the day.If your appliances need repaired I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Mr. Appliance was marvellous . He began his visit by laying out a mat at the front door to wipe his feet. Then he put shoe protectors on his shoes. He assessed the problem with our refrigerator quickly and after installing a new part it was fixed and running .And then, after the job was completed, he vacuumed the whole area plus the back of the refrigerator.Mr.Appliance was totally professional and very courteous . I am totally impressed with Mr. Appliance and have already shared his info with 4 friends today.Should another appliance break down, I will be calling Mr. Appliance .

The gentleman who came out to repair my washer was amazing. He was friendly and great with my huge dogs. He showed me the problem and fixed it. I highly recommend them for any service calls. They came right away and fit me in before my warranty was up. Can't say enough good things about this company. The woman who called me back to book appointment was friendly and helpful. Would definitely use them again for service.

Service technician was polite, professional and helpful and our dryer was repaired quickly and efficiently using the replacement part stocked on the service vehicle. The dryer and the laundry area were vacuumed after the repair was complete.
