Tonkotsu Ramen Tsukiya
Best ramen place I’ve been to in Vancouver by far and it’s very cheap ($13) for ramen considering how inflated food prices have become recently. Options are somewhat limited but everything they do have is amazing. Recommend the Tonkotsu Ramen Shoyo and the diced chashu.

I'd rate it 4.5/5. It's the best ramen I've tried in Vancouver and the decor/seating is limited but really cute and reminiscent of Japan. It would be a great spot to get a late dinner and beer after a summer day at English Bay.

We ordered the chef recommended shoyu ramen. The soup was very tasty and noodle texture was good. But the soup was a bit too oily to our taste. A few pieces of noodle was sticking together in my bowl. The gyoza taste good too but not the best in our opinion. Service was good.

A decent ramen experience that just did not exceed expectations.Broth is flavourful but not as creamy as I'd like.The ajitsuke tamago (egg) could've been marinated longer for now flavour.Amount of chashu was perfect for the bowl.Noodles were perfectly cooked and al dente.

One of the best ramen shops in Vancouver. Never disappoints and the simple menu is very effective. The noodles are unique with a great chew and I always enjoy the charcoal ramen. Rich creamy broth that is perfect for a chilly day. Limited seating so a queue is expected during peak times.

Incredible ramen! Got the staff recommended pick and it was probably the best ramen I've ever had. Husband got the spicy ramen and it was also very good.

The REAL best ramen in Vancouver.First of all, they don’t use msg. (95% of the ramen places in Vancouver does.)And from this non-msg and super flavorful broth, you’ll find very delicate flavors like no others.They have two types of soup base; “Tonkotsu” and “Umami”. My favorite is the Umami, with soy flavor.I find most Vancouver ramen places are rich(with lots of msg).The only place that has true Japanese Ramen is here at Tsukiya.You’ll feel the effort and the love in it.Oh and I also love their super tender Chashu!

Tonkotsu Ramen Tsukiya
I had no expectations because there are so many Ramen places in town. I ordered simply a Shio, which they claim is made of Himalayan salt. Being a ramen lover, I’ve had no less than four bowls of Ramen in the past two weeks. I was a little tired with the heavy flavor, and that’s why I ordered the simplest flavour possible. I was surprised, everything fits in perfectly. I like it!
