Quality begs at compatible pices, you pay for the quality .It’s not first time I go there ,However, if you Recive any promo by email you can’t apply it at the outlet , unfortunately this is wasn’t clear for me until I drove there I get informed from the agent .Recommended

Worst service ever there is only 2 people working that seem slower than turtles, been in the store for the past 30 minutes no one has even approached me asking if I need anything even though I was planing to buy watches. They’ve lost a customer. Apart from that the guy jumped to the people that came in after me and totally ignored me. I really hope the manger get to see this. You need better employees

Everything is great except for one lady, not sure manager or not ( Mimi as employees informed) , very agitated and frustrated. After buying third, we were looking for fourth and she said we needed to hurry up for other people and would break the watch we were looking. 3rd time here buying 4-5 watches BUT LAST TIME. Still had more to buy and few bags but will go elsewhere...

Was a bad experience today , I was going to buy a watch for my wife and I cancelled all the transaction because of the manager over there , he made me waited for a long time, he told me wait there till I finish he thinks I work at his father house behavior less then 0 , I m really writing this and feeling so bad I don't feel it's enough I may call the owner or fossil it self

I totally love the deals they have in this store. However, the service has become terrible! I am an avid Fossil watch consumer, I have a great collection. I went for an exchange today (18/10/2022) and the employees knew less about their products than I did. They couldn't help choose a men's watch with a 42mm case since I had already purchased a 45mm one that was too big for my teen. They told me to go through the watches and compare them! Then the other employee rudely came up to me and told me that she cannot do an exchange for a purchase made online. I told her that I have done it multiple times and she said not in this store you can't. I asked her to verify with her supervisor since I had done it multiple times in this very store and that it says so in their return policy. She called to verify and was told what to do. I am quite disappointed since I really enjoyed going to this store in the past and the service was excellent.

I went to the store to change the battery of my fossil watch. The person who did the battery exchange broke my watch and the only thing they offered me was a 50% discount IF I wanted to buy a new one. They didn't offer to replace my watch (for which I've already paid full price) nor to exchange the broken part at the store's expense.Extremely bad service. Do not suggest to go to this store

Wonderful, professional customer service. Mr. Allan has exceptional knowledge of the merchandise and took his time with us and kindly answered all of our questions. I recommend going into fossil, don’t place orders online. I called fossil online about an issue with an order…they sent my money back thankfully. I called all over to find this watch surprisingly the outlets had what I needed. They were beyond helpful and kept it till I got there. Today I went and a nice man helped me. Honestly he made the hassle worth it. Thank you I will be coming back for more watches.

On a Saturday morning, I decided to pay a visit with my best friend to the Premium Outlets in Mirabel to check out the deals and to shop at our favourite stores. My friend decided she wanted to go to Fossil. It was both our first time visiting this location. We were greeted by the amazing Alex. He was so welcoming, helpful and hilarious. He was able to walk us through the features of different watches and suggest which style would suit us best. Both of us purchased more than we anticipated. The greeting and service was impeccable. Sweet and knowledgeable staff. Special shoutout to the manager Allan. He surprised and delighted us with a bonus watch box. They also had the watch engraving station so I was able to personalize my watches and engrave my name too! So so cool! If you are looking for a friendly service for accessories and great deals? I highly suggest visiting this location and ask for Alex or Allan! Thank you for everything!
