I went to this location to return a jacket that I had purchased online. When you buy something online they send you a receipt via email. I brought this receipt in store, but the sales rep said it was the wrong receipt. I showed him where it said on the paper that this was the proper receipt, but he insisted that it wasn't. He told me I needed to call customer service in order to get the proper receipt along with a transaction number.Instead I went to the Burlington location. I gave them the exact same piece of paper, and they processed the return with no issues. I was in and out in a few minutes.My time was wasted traveling to another city because of the ignorance of the sales staff. I won't be returning to this location.To the owner replying to this review: please do not copy and paste the same reply that you leave for all negative reviews. Instead assure me that the problem that I've clearly outlined will be fixed.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Ron today. I'm not big on shopping for dress clothes and Ron made the experience pleasant and enjoyable. He had valuable input in regards to color choices and even pointed us in right direction when it came to value. Will be returning again.

My husband & I visited TipTop for the first time, last minute shopping for a wedding event. Isaac made our visit so easy & I really appreciated his suit expertise. Thank you! Definitely only going to TipTop for suits from now on.

The team at the Brantford store always go above and beyond to help me find the most stylish outfits in a professional atmosphere while also maintaining cost efficient deals. Isaac has been helping me put together outfits for my S/O for years and I always leave feeling great about each transaction! Highly recommend this location for both professional and casual menswear!

Ron was the gentleman who served me at the Brantford store and his service was the best I've had in a long time. He was thorough and very knowledgeable and even went up and above to show me how to order the product online, wow you don't see service like that often anymore. I was very impressed by the service of the associate who helped me, not only was he honest and did not pressure me into an expensive suit but went out of his way to find something that looked great on me. I bought a shirt today. Asked at checkout for my phone number. I refused and was told that if I don't give it, I am not able to bring the item back! Surely, all I need is the receipt, I was very annoyed at this. You may as well say no phone number, no purchase. I was very close to walking away.I didn't give my number, and to purchase clothes, I never will.

Quality of products is great! Customer service leaves you longing for a better experience. Return policies are horrible. If you’re buying for someone from out of town, even though they have the original receipt, they will NOT be able to return the product as the purchaser’s credit card has to be present in store. So if you buy it as a gift, they’re stuck with it…no exceptions.

Told by Issa to gtfo of the store because a cousin unravelled a black dress shirt he wanted to try on. More than being upset at the situation, I was just taken back at how quickly he had become unhinged and incredibly belligerent at a customer.

Isaac was super amazing when we needed a last minute suit for a wedding. Very knowledgeable and kind. Would recommend this place to anyone!
