We started using DMC for simple annual servicing, and then moved on to large installs. Doug has done our furnace and now our hot water tank. He's knowledgeable, competent, polite, and has good contacts when the install requires other skills, e.g. roofing. He knows what products are the best available, and where he can, will suggest options. Now that we've done the big three for gas appliances, we'll certainly call on DMC when it's time for service maintenance.

Doug's cost estimate was bang on for the work he did - replacing an old pressure reducing valve and addressing pressure-related issues with my hot water tank.He is an excellent communicator, punctual, tidy and does great quality work.
