So it was my first time trying Jolibees, My friends at work tell me it's got the best chicken they ever had. I was finally in the area and thought, sure I'll give it a go. I take it home and I'm absolutely hooked now. I absolutely love your gravy, best I've ever had. The gentleman at the front who greeted me is an absolute saint. They deserve some recognition as I unfortunately don't remember his name. Thanks to your store for giving me a fantastic experience!I would absolutely recommend.

I love this chicken! It tastes so amazing, I always get spicy because it's just so flavorful and you can actually taste the spice. I also tried their mashed potatoes and gravy, which is a star on its own.

This is one famously Filipino Fast Food franchise! Their menu items are extremely tasty! I have tried everything and will be going back for more! Addictive and recommended!

It brought back memories of first trying this chain in the Philippines. I would say the food tasted very similar and I appreciate the pineapple juice option. The spaghetti has the sweetness you would expect. As for the spicy chicken, it had a nice kick to it, though while this should be the star of the plate, it failed. It looked crunchy, but unfortunately it wasn't, it sat under the warning lights for too long. I would have much preferred a fresh batch. Gravy is A+. If you're having a hard time finding the place, it's part of the mall, but can only be accessed from the outside.

The taste and spices in the chicken and the gravy immediately brought me back to the Jollibee in the Philippines. In this shop the service was excellent, and when I visited the dining tables were not dirty as in some other fast foos chains. The chicken was slightly saltier than I expected, and the gravy cup lid was hard to peel open. Otherwise it was a great meal.

There was a lot of hype about this place, I found the chicken not to my liking and a bit pricey.The service was impeccable, and the staff were pleasant.The atmosphere was kind of lame like they want you to come in, spend your hard earned dollars, and get out. Mind over matter, they no longer mind because you no longer matter. Why else would they line you up like sheep for slaughter.

My friend and I felt the chicken could have been cooked a bit longer as it was pretty pink in spots. The tables were all dirty as well. The service was fast and friendly, the washrooms were clean and the peach mango pie was delicious as always.

Unfortunately, there’s not enough sauce on the Palabok we ordered today. We’ve ordered before but it wasn’t like this. This time it’s sort of gone dry and tasted bland probably because of the little sauce that’s not enough even after mixing with the noodles. Hopefully, the next time we order it won’t be like this.

If I can rate zero, Ill do it. Poor customer service. Their rules of giving out chicken parts depends on how many order did you order. Let for example you order 4 meals separately, they will give you 2 legs and 2 thigh parts even if they are having the same prices. We are 4 in family and nobody eats leg part. We dont have a choice but to order extra chicken or not eat the leg part because they will never give you the other chicken part. One staff was so rude too named Alyssa. I will never go back to this store anymore. And will not recommend.I edited my caption coz theres no reply on this section. The owner says hope youll come back again. ActuallyI am always on this store like every 2 weeks and this is the only time I complain because its too much already. EVERY visit we order the same thing and sometimes its 3 out 4 chicken are legs. We dont eat leg part, and they dont understand this. I even offer to pay more and they said no option for that. So what is the option then? Throw the chicken away? Or you want me to pay and buy another order? And they are not short of chicken parts. They said its the store rules, not because you are short of supply.This store is a big No No anymore. Guys dont go here, they will just ruin your day!
