I recently shopped at Urban Planet at the Square One Location, on mother's day, and I was very impressed with the cleanliness, layout and variety of merchandise and most of all the friendliness of the staff, especially the Co-Manager. She was so friendly, pleasant and extremely helpful. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be returning and recommending family and friends to shop at this location. Keep up the good work and thank you very much for making my shopping experience so welcoming and pleasurable.

Nice place to shop for back to school clothes and shoes!

The customer service was too poor. They say, they have a return policy, but later when u want to return, they return it through a gift card, and not exactly through your credit card.

Worst employees ever!! We went on 27th august, Saturday around 8 Pm and the LADY STORE MANAGER argued with us so rudely!! She was RACIST, UNPROFESSIONAL AND YELLING AT US. We got 3 items for 3 for 15$ and the cashier asked us to exchange one item as it wasn’t on sale. We went to check in isle and the item was clearly ON SALE and one of the associates also confirmed that yes it has same barcode so we went to cash counter and then manager came and took us back to aisle for the 3rd time to double check and then started yelling without accepting mistake!! You MUST teach her how to provide good customer service in a calm manner without fighting with customers, no others stores does that!! Completely ruined our shopping experience. This store needs to either re-train their staff or hire some competent people. I will better pay more at other stores and get treated with dignity than getting embarrassed by these employees!! I left the store without buying anything. Please check other reviews on that lady manager as well so no other customers face that ever!!

If you're looking cloths for your kids then I would suggest this place as a best option. They would always have amazing deals with plenty of stylish clothes. Those may not be long lasting but for growing kids you will get fashionable cloths in amazing deals.

The store is big and has partial multi levels. There is a lot of merchandise. Not too many many employees on the sales floor. It looked like it could be well organized but there was a lot of messy clothes laying around. The line up was long but moved fairly quickly. The cashier was very friendly and polite.

I've come here a few times but there's not a lot of cotton options that being said I went the other day and there's way too much on display it's off putting. As for staff this was a little before closing and I was checking out a piece of clothing on the table while an associate was nearby I neatly folded it back and yet she rudely took it quickly and did it again and loudly told her co worker that they should close the doors and if not she was going to do it early. I just walked away sighing honestly the level of attitude young people have today smh be grateful you even have a job and keep your gossiping out of customer ear shot.
