I tried to place an order online using my cell phone but it doesn't allow me to checkout, emailed with no response and called quite a few times not being able to reach anyone. It was a rush order, and from their reviews and website, I thought the company would be able to do it. After going through the hassle, I'm left with no gift on the day of.
