Terrible staff and customer service. The staff always stand there and talk to each other and make you feel like you're bothering them when you approach them.

Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart
I was shopping in cosmetics and went to the beauty boutique to check out but the cashier Michelle made my sister and I feel unwelcomed. She was not kind, seemed bothered that we were checking out with her and was hostile after we just wanted to double check about the return policy. No samples either, I guess they're not a given unless you buy the high end stuff. We left not happy and will not be checking out at cosmetics anymore.
