Very happy!Easy to book an appointment (even on short notice). Great communication overall.Wendy was very nice to our shy dog.Wendy followed our wishes exactly and our poodle looks as good as he ever has. We will definitely be back.

Wendy does an amazing job and the end result is 100%! For other reviews to complain about smells, etc seems really petty. My puppy is so difficult to hold down just to bathe, never mind groom, but Wendy has the special gift of getting Nala to calm down. If I could give Wendy more stars, I would as her price is so reasonable and the grooming is nothing less than excellent.

Every 6-8 weeks for the past 5 years, I have been taking Ole, my Jack Russell, to have Wendy cut his nails. I had struggled to find anyone capable of doing this. Every time it was a nightmare and the dog groomer pretty much told me not to bring him back. But from the first time Ole let Wendy cut his nails, Wendy was magical" with him. Caring but firm

Wendy is the best! We have taken our dogs to her for over 15years and are always pleased with the results. We have recommended her to many friends and they have been similarly impressed. Wendy is so knowledgeable about animals - the walls of her shop are covered with ribbons and awards. Top notch! Wouldn't take my animals anywhere else!

I really hate to leave a bad review, but I did not have a good experience here. The space is very dirty, and had a horrible smell from the moment I walked in. The owner seemed nice enough, but was very chatty and it took 20 minutes just to drop my dog off. When I picked up my dog she seemed very stressed and scared. I realize that going to the groomers can normally be a stressful experience for dogs, but this seemed above a normal amount of stress for her. My dog did leave clean, but the amount of stress and anxiety the experience caused me and my dog, means we will not be returning here again.

Wendy did a great a job with my Cavalier: trimmed just enough to be cool in the warmer weather and tidy-looking without taking away her shape and distinctive Cavalier look". No fuss

The place is quite filthy. It was always very stressful for my cat. Even though she said she makes sure that she does not have dogs there at the same time, there always was. She is also VERY chatty. I have seen her leave cats tied up at her grooming station while she chats for 10-15 mins to customers at the front. A leash around the cats neck is used while grooming, which I did not like. I didn't realize how bad it was until I tried a certified master feline groomer in town. Suds N Scissors is cheap, but you get what you pay for. I do feel bad because the owner is super nice and you can tell she really loves dogs, but her salon is really not up to spec.

Every time I bring Gizmo to see Wendy, he leaves looking cuter than ever! Wendy does a great job clipping his hair and an even better job making him feel comfortable. He gets excited and pulls on the leash as we walk from the car to her front door every time. He's a nervous dog, and Wendy is the only groomer we've had in Victoria who can seem to calm him and make him look great! Someone mentioned she's a dog whisperer, and I'd have to agree. I highly recommend her.

This was the worst grooming session for my cat. I wanted her mats spot clipped instead the owner combed her for 20 min., my cat was so stressed we had to get out before she was finished. When we got home all the mats were still there. It was torture. The place is filthy! Someone should call the health department.Don’t go!

If I could give zero stars I would. Please don't take your pets here. The owner is awful. The dark and dingy room she works form is filthy, and she does not have good energy towards animals!! I was horrified to hear the way she spoke negatively about dog owners" and can only assume she is talking about her clients?! Her grooming was acceptable and my cats needed it badly
