Installer was rude. Complained the whole time he was there. After being asked to call me or talk to me, he would not do either. He would not tell me why the gas line had to come from the furnace and not the gas line it was already tapped to. But was able to leave me a bill for almost $500.

I scheduled to install a washer and dryer last week. After being told I would receive a callfirst thing in the morning of my appointment date to verify my time-frame for the install, Iwaited until a call came in at 11 am telling me that the installation would be done between1 & 3 pm. I called the office when there was still no arrival of the installation team at almost4 pm. The owner Dan called me back and assured me that the other crew had me on thelist and would handle the install. I had the call drop on me while in conversation with the owner, whereby he called back and told me to get another company to do the installation his crewwould not do the installation after all. I had waited for a week to get this done, waited all dayfor the crew to do the install, and when they were severely delayed, and had not called me, they cancelled my appointment.

Great installers, experienced professional family owned company. so you know they care more about doing it right for YOUR house, because nobody's home is generic.

Good work at a fair price. Good conversation with office and owner. Quick when they got to the house.
