I was surprised at what I learned about my own hearing and how my life has been affected by it. The staff was exceptional at what I needed and what would work and some low cost ideas as well. And it didn't cost me a dime!

The office took over my Listen Up file when I moved to Victoria from Guelph. Both offices gave me exceptional service but have to say that Karen at Hearing Life is one of a kind. Slways in a good mood, helpful, relaxed, efficient...superb.

We felt very welcomed by the Hearing Life staff. They provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. On the financial side they were very helpful in making it possible to purchase hearing aids. On the evaluation of hearing levels and fitting of the aids, all was quickly and efficiently done. All this was quickly and efficiently done with good humor. It was a good experience.

i had hearing test done, he suggested that i go to a Ears , nose and throat guy, did that , found out part of the hearing test wasn't done , so i had to go back to have that done, originally, hearing life said, go to the specialist, then come back and we can try some hearing aids, but when i went back to get the second part of the test, { that should have been done } i was never offered the trial or any info, now I'm in limbo , with no info and not sure what is out there or how i figure it out, I'm very very disappointed with this place, i could call and ask, but honestly i don't want to waste anymore time,

Excellent service from friendly and professional staff. The only reason I did not choose them immediately is that I am still shopping around as I am budget minded. The aids offered were comfortable and offered clarity of speech. They are high end devices , so be prepared to pay more for such.

The amplifier on one of my hearing aids conked out while I was in Palm Springs at our winter home. Called Karen and she confirmed it was still under warranty. She shipped the part the same day to a local hearing office for installation. Fabulous service from the always friendly, upbeat and competent Karen. Thank you!!!!

After many requests by family for me to have my hearing checked, I stopped into HearingLife at Hillside Mall 5 years ago and was lucky to be able to get a hearing test that morning. Sure enough, I did need not one but two hearing aids and I now can hear so very much better than before. Family and myself are very happy with the wonderful service by Karen and Dan Hickman. Dan did a thorough exam and the hearing aids were excellent. It is now 5 years later and I thought the aids weren't quite up to par, so I scheduled another exam. It showed not a big change in my hearing but as Dan explained, the technology for these aids has improved tremendously in the past 5 years. I am now on a 2 week trial loan to see if I find an improvement and would like to purchase them. In the next few days, I will test them to see if hearing a conversation in a car while being a passenger has improved as well which I had found to be very difficult for me.A big thumbs up to Dan and Karen for your superb service and I have and will continue to recommend you to others that need your service!
