Sam is the only good thing about this store! Managment is extremly combative and abusive to their employees. Truly believe what goes around comes around with shady little stores like these. Everything I'd marked up 10% so go elsewhere for your toys and calendars.

Never shop here. I went here with a couple friends and we were interrupted by an old lady asked if she could look in my friend's bag. She did and didn't even apologized. It was definitely prejudice since we're a group of asian teenagers.

Good experience overall. After Christmas sale was good. Great selection of calendars for sure. Some games too, but I'm not really into games. Located right next to Southgate Guest Services desk.

West Edmonton Mall Location.Super friendly staff and excellent customer service. I purchased Museum Heist but when I opened it I found that it was missing the instructions and the character stickers. I called the store at 2 minutes to closed. To my surprise, Zarah answered the phone, heard my concern and provided a real solution. She let me know that she would pass on the message to her manager and would leave a note for the morning staff.When I came in to make the exchange, the staff knew all about it and had my game ready to go. They apologized again and I was on my way. They didnt even ask to see my receipt.I'm visiting from Vancouver and the service at every establishment we've visited has been top notch. It must be an Alberta thing.

The staff at this location are PHENOMENAL HUMANS. Sam and Vincent helped me find the cutest calendar and were so kind to my children. Talk about professional and excellent customer service!! I will be recommending this store to all my friends.

You'll notice that the wonderful staff who have been serving you the past two years have all jumped ship. Tired of abuse and terror from managment they've all moved on to better careers and jobs that aren't constantly taking advantage of myself and others. Managment has lots to learn at this franchise and honestly they don't seem to be capable of creating a positive working environment or maintaining a level of expertise and professionalism when handling any situation. Stay far away from this store as honestly they're not the small family company you think they are. Theft, abuse and ego play heavy roles in running these stores and its not worth a hard working individual to even look at a place that has no interest in your wellbeing or safety.

Lady is rude and follows me around, there is definitely a bunch of racial bias in this store, be careful!

About 10% of items actually have price tags on them. Hard to shop here when you have to ask what every item costs..
