Hot Start

Excellent service bought two vehicles there. Get my vehicle repairs done there when required.

I recently traded in my last car for one I found at Hot Start. I was always treated well, got a fair trade-in evaluation, and a good price on the new (to me) vehicle. Beyond that the new car is great. Not sure you could ask for more when it comes to car shopping.I highly recommend at least checking them out when searching for a used vehicle (or a shop for repairs)

I had my vehicle detailed. I've never had my vehicle detailed before, but I have bought used cars off lots so those would have been detailed. I have no complaints, looks like I just bought it used again. It smelled nice, but not overpowering. There was a slight dampness to the seats (and now the seat of my pants haha) and it was humid, but I would hope so since the seats were just shampooed. When I dropped it off this morning, they drove me back to work, which was a nice little bonus service. The service was friendly. When I called them yesterday to price it out and get some info, I called them twice and they were super friendly on both calls. This means a lot to me, I always price three places and check their reviews, great phone service is important. I got my vehicle detailed because I had a smoker in it all winter so it stank. I'm not sure if I'll get it done again but if I do, it will definitely be with Hotstart.

I would NOT recommend this place. I went to take a tire in for repair, it was not on the truck. I got there at 745 am (they open at 8) and when I went into the shop at 8am, along with 3 other customers. No one was at the front desk to help us.One gentleman was assisted out of all of us and we were left waiting in the front room.I waited for 30 minutes before I left to take my business elsewhere.One of the women that was waiting for service went into the shop to tell them she needed to leave for work and could someone help her and she was rudely told that they could not stop her from going to work, and she could come back later.Very poor service.
