I recently had the pleasure of working with Eva at The Brick and I must say, her level of service was exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, Eva greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcomed. Throughout the entire sales process, Eva demonstrated a high level of professionalism, patience, and attentiveness, making me feel like a valued customer. She demonstrated that she cared about me as a customer, and it wasn't about the commission as one may feel when you enter stores like the Brick. Eva’s main focus was making me happy and taking all the necessary steps to assist me in getting the items that I wanted. She also demonstrated a great level of selflessness. From my first experience on the phone with her to coming to the store was a consistently pleasant and rewarding experience with Eva. She went above and beyond to help me as a customer ensuring that everything was done to my satisfaction. Eva made me feel so valuable. It gives me great pleasure to write this review about Eva. Overall, I highly recommend her at The Brick in Burlington for anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. Her outstanding customer service skills is truly commendable.

Sandy greeted me at the door the moment I walked in. She was so kind! I told her I was looking for a bed but maybe not prepared to buy. She showed me four and I told her I spent more on my last bed so she showed me a Foster & Stearns. I immediately said yes, tried it, and purchased it. Thank you Sandy!

The Brick is a very good furniture store with wide range of collections. Plz look for Misha. She provided very good and friendly customer service. We're happy about it.I highly recommend going there first for your home needs.

Misha was extremely helpful and patient assisting us with our appliance purchase today. She was honest, fair and answered all of our questions reassuring our decision on a big purchase for our kitchen. When she didn’t know the answer to something she would check with her manager Ram immediately in order to further assist us. We are excited to get our new appliances! Thanks you.

Just had a king mattress and box spring delivered. Both delivery staff kept their steel toe boots on walking through our house. Dragged the mattress along the wall going upstairs and then dumped the king size mattress on the floor wedged between the door. We had already removed the old mattress and box spring. They had to walk 5 more steps and pop it on the frame. The door hinge will need repair and I have to paint the area on the way up the stairs. Who cares if the mattress is good or not. If it wasn’t such a hassle, I would send it back. Under no circumstances will we ever buy from the brick again. Literally the worst people we’ve ever had in our house. Remember these people represent you. We had a great sales experience, but we will never consider you again because of how we received it.

My husband and I went to The Brick and we are so glad we did. The sales were great but that’s not the only reason I’m placing five stars on my review.The gentleman who assisted us in making decisions re furnishing our family room was Ram. He is informative, pleasant, and extremely helpful. He shares in your opinions and is very honest. We looked for a particular coffee table and he was quick to guide us in selecting one that actually measured properly in order to work with our choice of a sectional couch.We really appreciated Ram’s expertise in helping us choose our new furniture! We will definitely go back and ask for him again when we need new dining room chairs.

We purchased a bed from The Brick - very competitive pricing. Jay, the salesperson was calm & helpful - not pushy. This review is to really write a commendation for Tammy - I believe she is the Manager. Our pick up date was messed up & I was very impressed with her quick call back & resolution of a free delivery! I don’t often get good cx service but I was very impressed with her resolution! She was professional & very kind & an asset to The Brick!

We came here to buy Sofa and ended up with buying Sofa and Dinning Set for a really good price. All the staff here is really good and awesome. Salesman JAY was super awesome and polite. He guided us with all the purchase. We are so happy with all our purchase experience.5 Stars

Jay was very patient as I was checking the things that I need, never rushed me and made the whole process very smooth. I felt like he was honest, gave me quick answers for all the questions I had and superb customer service. It was a great experience! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was eager to assist us in finding the perfect pieces for our home.Once we made our selection, the ordering and delivery process was seamless. The delivery team arrived promptly and handled our furniture with care, and placed exactly where we wanted it.Overall, our experience with the store was excellent, and I highly recommend it.
