Doval Automotive

As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces I have been posted all over Canada. With that I have to have vehicles inspected in every province I have lived. Coming to Ontario I was not looking forward to another inspection" meaning getting ripped off for work that doesn't need to be done. At Doval's this never happened in fact the whole process was GREAT!!! Christine offed a military discount and no unnecessary work required. My fantastic experience with Doval and Christine continued over the last 4 years.Doval has always been honest with the diagnosis and more than reasonable on price. He has discounted and sought more affordable options to his loss I'd say. He has even come to my house to look at my truck when it was unable to drive. He is an absolutely great guy and I will never go to another mechanic.Christine is an absolutely positive and generous lady. She has been great with her customer service and she always goes out of her way to help in any way she can. She has picked me up from home and dropped me off to home and has given me a courtesy vehicle. She also has offered to help me to by another vehicle. She is wonderful.I have read other reviews and the negative ones as well and the positive ones say it all. The negative ones are obviously the person and not Doval and Christine. Yes their facility isn't all glitz and glam but it is quality work and great people and to me that's all that matters.Thank you Doval and Christine YOU ROCK!!!!!!!"

Highly recommended!I dropped in unannounced very early on a Monday morning with some wheel problems. Not only were they able to squeeze me into their busy schedule, but Christine also graciously offered to drive me to my workplace. THEY OFFER A MILITARY DISCOUNT!!!! Our neighbour told us about Doval and Christine and we are so happy they did. They saved us a fortune with our Honda and Buick and I would recommend this garage over any other in the National Capital Region. They have loaner cars, which was a life saver. Small town customer service, fantastic to talk too:) This will be the garage that you tell your friends about!

I’ve been a customer of Doval Automotive for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. They are trustworthy, reliable and fair. They have also been gracious in donating to events that I have organized in aid of youth mental health on more than one occasion. One of the best small shops around.

My (now) husband had purchased a car from Doval almost 10 years ago and had a great experience. We recently found ourselves in need of another vehicle. The owners were accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It was a nice surprise to have my new-to-me car delivered to my work! We've had follow up service since and were treated great. We are definitely returning to Doval for our next vehicle!

Have been going to Doval for more than a decade now and his honesty and quick, reliable work make him the best mechanic I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. With Christine's down to earth and genuine demeanor, I always leave laughing or smiling.I've never had to question his quality work, even when he fixes issues that I figure would take way longer to diagnose and fix, nor the costs of labour and parts.This may sound like a gimme review but I've honestly never had a better customer experience anywhere than I've had with Doval.
