Sadly, I cannot give a rating of zero. I normally only write reviews when it's horrible. I was accompanying a minor to his flight from YBG to Saint-Hubert. We arrived before the flight at YBG. The young lady at the check-in counter refused to let the minor acces the plane because they were subcontractors and could not let anyone in 45 minutes before the flight. Apparently there is a clause that stipulates we must arrive 1h 30 min before thre flight. That kept on changing after I called customer service when they gave me a business card to complain. Not once did I hear, I'm really sorry. There were 4 people at the desk. I could see the plane less than 30 yards from us and the door was not closed. She kept on saying were subcontractors. We don't take complaints and they gave me a card. If this is the customer service that they have, I can only imagine how they prep the airplane before it takes off. Four people having fun at a counter. Very unprofessional. Please use a reliable airline. Lord knows it costs more, but the service is way better. Via Rail, Airlines and commercial buses call out passengers when they do not board. In this case we wer there before. The flight also left before it was scheduled on the ticket. Their excuse: It got there early, so naturally, it will leave early. Goodbye Pascan. First and last time!

Never been on a private jet before very nice staff and easy enough to find parking and seems almost like being in a family. So safe and simple. Who knew flying could be that simple. Hihibi

friendly service and the stewardest that take good care of us was so nice .. she got to be promoted. i know shes tired but i cannot see that in her face .. so lovely to see and dedication she has in her works.. kudos to the pilot i remeber her name chloe .. i never got any nervousness .. about her skill s ...we landed so well ..

We have used them few times. Today I got there with my 12 year old kid. 30 minutes before her departure and they didn't not let her take the plane. Stanting we need to be there for 45m before. Horrible service. Now we can't match planes for her to travel to Sept-iles to visit her father and they are not giving out money back. I hope not to need these company again. Go ahead use them but hope to God you get there on time because they don't blcare to help you. They take your money only.

This business's primary focus is the regional airline. Don't expect exceptional service from their FBO. However, their avgas prices are the most competitive on the field. Their service is average. Some staff are not as helpful as should be. Have been using them for a number of years and lately they refuse to provide FBO services during periods of scheduled flights due to limited space on the ramp.
