Don't even waste your time. They were not honest about pricing, I specifically asked how much my card would be charged and was told it would be $340 for a 2 hour standard clean in a relatively small condo. The day after I was charged $480 dollars and they did not seem to care. The clean was fine, but absolutely not worth 500 dollars.

We've used them 3 X in the past yr and went above and beyond to accommodate us last minute. The staff are all pleasant, professional and take pride in making our home look it's best. We arrived home yesterday to a perfectly clean home by Amanda and Hedvika. We can now relax and fully enjoy our weekend thanks to your team! Happy Thanksgiving!

Judy did an amazing job cleaning my house. She was polite and sweet the entire time and I didn’t find any missed spots after her clean which is awesome. She also wore a mask which tells me they take the safety of their customers seriously. The price is very fair and they had a quality team come check on the cleaning to make sure it was done right. I have no complaints and highly recommended Merry Maids to anyone looking for a great cleaning service.

Merry Maids always does an incredible job on my condo. They come to clean once a month and it always looks great when they leave. They are very nice and polite every time they come in. The office staff is also wonderful and very personable! I would highly recommend them!

I have used Merry Maids of Oakville for over five years. Im very busy with a demanding job and i really needed some help . I found all the girls sent to our house are always very nice and respectful, and careful. Also, im pleased that they considered our request for consistency (at the extent possible of course) regarding the girls coming to our house. Sam (for long time) and now Cathryn are our regulars and they are amazing!Thank you ladies and of course to the whole team behind the desks which also i found very pleasant and understanding!Highly recommended

Merry Maids is top quality & they always deliver excellent service. I have had my house cleaned with them quite a few times already and I am continuously pleased with the work they do. Sam C is a hard worker, she is always very cheerful and positive, she works quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail and always does an amazing job! I will definitely continue to use them. Highly recommend!

They accommodated a last minute booking as I needed help due to an injury. The ladies were friendly and thorough. Moved furniture to vacuum and am so impressed they got the grease off my kitchen cabinets that I’ve been struggling to clean. Might treat myself to a little help now and then in the future.

We had Merry Maids come to our home regularly for a few years before we moved. I was always so relaxed knowing I was coming home to a clean house. The office staff were so helpful when it came to scheduling and answering any questions I had along the way. A bonus: they had quality control come in occasionally. What a great team!

We started having our home cleaned by Merry Maids about 6 weeks ago (maybe more?). The cleaners who come are always so lovely, especially during COVID, they take all the precautions to make us feel it is safe to have them in our home. The company has been flexible when we have needed to change dates for a cleaning and has been attentive to feedback. Very pleased!

Have used Merry Maids for 4 cleans now and really happy with the service. Alex, the owner is great - did the initial visit and provided the quotes herself. If/when there was any concern she was also quick to respond and rectify any issues (nothing major). Cleaning team has been friendly and respectful of our spaces and provide quick and efficient service.
