**Edit** I stand beside my previous words. I have not returned though, as when paying for the service, I was prompted to add a tip, so $100 massage became $120. I of course tipped as I felt obligated. Then I started to wonder, have I been supposed to tip all this time at other places where they never asked for one? I checked with a few people I knew and was reassured that when getting a medical service that tipping is not necessary and should not be asked for. You Don't tip your doctor, you don't tip your physiotherapist, etc (though I do get them Christmas treats). It is for this reason that I have gone to another massage therapy clinic. I would be afraid to return, due to being asked to tip. These are receipts that we claim on our medical bills. If you want your staff to receive $120 instead of $100, then charge it.Jenny was fantastic! They got me in with short notice, and they also have a cancellation list!! The girl at the reception was super diligent about calling that list as soon as an appointment became available (I was eavesdropping while waiting for my appointment). The customer service was excellent! I already have my next appointment booked!

Today me and wife had massage here. Service provided for me by Scott was excellent feeling relaxed for rest of d day!! For my wife Divina fixed lot of issues on her neck and gave the answer for my wife’s longtime back pain issue!! Thanks team!!

Absolutely the highest quality and most effective relief from tension , pain and soreness. Everything from the therapeutic massages to the Chiropractic service offered by Dr. Aaron is hands down ; simply the best.Very affordable, clean location that makes you comfortable the moment you step in. All the staff are friendly , kind and very hard working. Really easy to get comfortable and relax during your massage or chiropractic session when the staff is easy going , kind and attentive.The massage Amanda gave me was the best I’ve had , and I’ve been to many places. Really impressed with the hardworking kind folks at The Massage Addict here in Niagara Falls. My dad found this place online looking for relief for the both of us, I have always struggled with posture issues and worked physically demanding jobs, as well as some of my hobbies involving heavy lifting. As someone who struggles with anxiety and insecurities, I was a little nervous on my first visit; almost to the point that I didn't want to go. I'm really glad I did, I didn't know how badly I needed this. It's really made a difference as far as overall comfort and pain. I'm only 2 visits in but every time I leave feeling loose, relaxed and relieved. I am extremely grateful for the effort the staff put into this, they make you super comfortable and relaxed, which is only a small part of the overall exceptional service they provide. I forget the person who gave me my first massage ( her name starts with an A? I think there's 2 ladies that have names that start with A ) but she was awesome. I was speechless and felt a massive difference all week after in terms of overall comfort and reduction in pain around my shoulders. I am sure that all the people there are great, my dad was really impressed and said the same thing. I decided to try their chiropractor based on the things I've seen online and years of wanting to get one, Dr. Aaron is attentive, thorough and really good at what he does. I really can't thank you guys enough, everyone from the receptionists to the people who work their butts off to make sure you get relief and enjoy your experience are simply amazing. Words can't describe .. I almost get tears of joy when I think about the level of kindness and respect these people have and their passion for helping people. I really really hope they are treated well and fairly, they are a true asset to this company. They deserve just as good of a massage/therapeutic service as the very same customers they serve. They work very hard , on their feet all day to make sure other's feel amazing. It takes a caring, compassionate person to do this work. I wish everyone here the very best and I want to say thank you for being so kind and welcoming. I finally have something to look forward to every week in this bitter winter which seems to always make me depressed.. If you made it this far thank you for your time. Great place! RMTs ( Dale Roy, Agnieszka) and chiropract terapist are all very good, helped me a lot to ease the pain. The atmosthere is very relaxing and all are very friendly

I have been getting massages from Scott for about a couple of years now. He does an amazing job every time. So knowledgeable and amazing person to deal with.Also, if you are looking for a chiropractor, look no further. Dr. Aaron does the best job. I've had 3-4 chiropractors in the past but the treatment offered by Dr. Aaron is phenomenal.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Paul is a great RMT, professional and knowledgeable. He addresses all my issues and takes the time to show me any stretches that would be beneficial for me to do at home. I always feel better walking out.

Absolutely love this place! No complaints whatsoever. Every RMT I've had is knowledgable, understanding and attentive to my needs and wishes. Paul and Jody are my favorites but every RMT staff member I have had is amazing. Reception is great too.
