Avoid this agency at all costs. Try calling the main line and you'll see how they handle requests. There's never any answer. You're marginalized and pass down like a number in their database. No courtesy, compassion or mindfulness of the way they treat candidates. They minimize communication to avoid any legal implications, and you're kept in the dark about their background hiring processes. It's run like a fake, scammer type operations where they lure you under false pretenses and hopes, and then drop communications with you. If your questions or concerns are reasonable they put their client's objectives before you. If you're a white or blue collar professional apply somewhere else, you're worth more than that. STAY AWAY! DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. I WOULD NOT TOUCH THIS AGENCY WITH A 10 FOOT POLE.

Zero stars worst agency, to any employer i wouldn't suggest this place, got a call from Kavya Rajesh, after numerous tries my calls and emails were never returned, to any employer is this type of place/person you want helping you find new employee, it's unprofessional, rude, and sets a very low standard to ignore a potential client or anyone. If this is the type of service being provided when someone has taken the time to reply to a job posting wouldn't you simply say it is Very Rude! and disrespectful thank you Ian Martin for setting a very low level of professionalism

Great spot for some aged cheese!

Will lure you in with great expectations and hollow promises of potential to advance in a career, however after the Ontario equal pay for equal work legislation was repealed they immediately reduced all workers pay back to or close to their old rates. Some workers lost a 49.5% pay increase. Would not recommend.

They setup interviews that they ask for then last minute cancel them and blame you for the cause. Unprofessional, gaslighting, and cold derogatory firm. They're paid liars in suits and do not hold themselves accountable. Don't believe me? Call them. The Ministry will be at their door step soon. :)

Worst recruiter to work for in the GTA! They AlWAYS offer sub standard pay compared to the industry norm with no incentives for precarious work.

If I could give 0 stars I would. One of the worst places I have had to deal with. Their HR is terrible. Some lady who reached out to me in particular, Joanna. Extreme lack of professionalism. Not a good company to be involved with.
