I spoke with a lady called Andrea today about my dog having teeth problems and she spent the time to explain everything regarding procedures, costs.in general she answered all my questions at ease, so I just need a referral from a general vet in order for Paloma(my dog) to be seen by them with bloodwork results.Already a great experience. I cant wait to bring my baby to you.Thank you Andrea! A great asset to this company!

I would like to say a very big thank you to Dr. Legendre and technician Mikayla as well as the rest of the team for the compassionate care they gave my girl Ellie. As an emergency vet I am used to helping other people’s pets in times of crisis and I was blown away when I had my own emergency and they were able to get us in for surgery so quickly. I cannot say thank you enough. Vancouver is lucky to have you all!

Dr Lengendre and all the staff were all so friendly and caring, you know the minute you walk in you can trust them with your furbaby. My dog did a dental crown with them and she gets a bit whiny and vocal when she’s crated. The staff walked her multiple times to ease her anxiety. The doctor also called me with detail updates during the surgery. The second time we had to go back my dog ran in and kissed everyone so you know she was loved. I also had an issue with my insurance and the clinic was able to call my insurance company and clarify things right away. Their service is incredible. Note - you need a vet referral and the wait for an appointment is quite long these days (couple months for me). (Photo just for cuteness, but her crown also looks perfect!)

How to describe wonderful....? Well in 2 words, Dr Angie! She and her support staff are amazing. Kind, calm, and connected. They all really listen when you express your concerns regarding treatment and post op care and complications. My little 1kg, almost 14yr old Chihuahua did not have the average straight forward procedure. Some stuff that I was told were possible did happen. Dr Angie was very good at contacting me immediately to inform me of the situation and what was being done. After care was awesome and generous. Things still didn't go as planned but with this team at the helm of my little #Starletthedoglet care, I knew everything plus some was being done to aid in a speedy recovery. Starry has now gained some weight and is doing great! All thanks to the wonderful team. Here are photos, first one, I'm stoned from the procedure, second I'm enjoying some icecream leftovers

My 12 years old dog has an heart murmur and suffers of seizures but he also needed a dental cleaning and multiple extractions. I have been referred to this clinic and have to say I am very satisfied.I was worried due to a perception of high risk and they made me feel comfortable, not only giving me a lot of explanations (both pre and post surgery) but also asking me a lot of questions to better foresee his reactions and to determine the best procedures tailored on his clinical situation. The doctor was very meticulous and managed to both remove the damaged teeth and those who might cause problems in the next years but also was considerate in leaving him as many teeth as possible if they could have been saved (he also filed a couple to avoid interferences with soft tissues). All the medical staff was very friendly, professional and reassuring.Thank you so much guys!

My dog had his first repair and root canal in June 2022 with Dr. Saunders. He goes back in August 2022 since it wasn’t repaired properly. In October I reach out again as the repair had issues. Dr. Legendre calls to basically say this is all my dog’s fault since he is hard on his teeth like police or working dog when he’s a family dog that chews tennis balls and sleeps on the couch. It is now nearly 9 months after initial visit and there’s been no follow up when they specifically indicated a follow up is required in 6 months.

Dr Bebel, anesthesiologist and staff of West Coast VDS have been fantastic! My 15 years old dog needed dental surgery. In addition to heavy tartre and gingivites, she has syncopes and CKD. They took the time to speak to me about the specifics of her conditions and made sure that the anesthesiologist was present by video. I am so thankful for their knowledge and expertise as well as for their kindness and patience! Pict of my girl ready for a nap after her surgery!
