no return policy is unacceptable. Also employees talk and look at you as you enter the store. No greeting.+edit: What I meant by no return is return of open box product. When you want a return it would mostly be after you open the product.

I recently bought an iPad from jump+ and I want to give a shout-out to one of your employee Satyam who made my experience truly great. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process.From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a friendly smile and showed genuine interest in helping me find the right iPad. They knew everything about the different models and patiently answered all my questions. It was clear that they knew their stuff!I give this employee five stars and a big thumbs up!

Just want to reminder: reseller’s return policy is totally different: you cannot return it, even at the same day. But you will be able to return it at the real Apple Store in Waterloo if you buy products there.Also a question for Google why it gives this reseller as a search result of key word “Apple Store”? It is just a reseller.

I had the absolute best service today at Jump+ kitchener. I came in pretty frustrated with a phone that was completely destroyed but each and every employee working today (Noah, Octavian, Yagna, Ripah, Michel) were all extremely helpful and patient with me. Would 10 out of 10 recommend their services and help. All very happy to help ! Thanks so much guys for making my day so much better !
