I would love to leave a review of the food but sadly I cannot. I can leave a review of the fact I have ordered twice and each time the order was cancelled because they couldn't reach the store. The first time I thought it was because it was a Friday night and they didn't want to bother with Doordash so I was fine. The second time last night I was annoyed because I spend like $90 and now my card won't be refunded for 3-5 days. If you don't want to participate in the take out services that's fine but you can take yourself offline so people don't waste their time figuring out what everyone wants and then out money for a week.

Always fresh, very consistent, fries are perfect and burgers are just the right size and not too greasy. The drink cup isn't the biggest but the gentleman at the counter did give me a refill. For the price, definitely a go to place for fast and cheap food.

Newly renovated! Exciting affordable tasty, greasy, comforting food downtown. Was heartbroken when it looked to have closed down but what a relief to see it was for a new shine. This place deserves it! La belle province is an essential landmark of Quebec and a solid part of the culture. Go try it!!

Ordered #10 smoked meat trio. Couldn’t see on the menu so had to ask. Newbie tried to give me old cold fries that’s been sitting for a while. Asked for new fries and got some. But why do I have to ask? Why don’t they serve fresh fries every time it’s ordered? Asked for some cabbage/Chou on the side. Old geezer says it doesn’t come with cabbage. Then offers pickles instead. It’s like offering mustard when you ask for ketchup. It’s not the same thing. Maybe they should replace the old geezers with attitude and hire employees who anticipate and provide better service. They gave me cabbage after I offered to pay for them. I’ve been ordering this since 2018. Why is this a problem now? Maybe they should include it as part of the trio. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Why would I continue going there and give them my money? It’s not worth the $20 bucks.

Great poutine! They have extensive menu ranging from hamburgers, hot dogs, philly cheese steak sandwich and more. If you're hungry and want a quick bite, this will satisfy your palette and tummy.

The place looks and feels a bit sketchy, because of poor lighting and general untidiness, but the food is great! I received good, fast service, although I did not feel very welcomed by the employees. Overall, I would still recommend, the food is great, and that's what matters most!

This location is not at all the greatest place to visit would I come back here if I ever came back to Montreal? The answer is no cause I mean the burger was good and the fries were ok but like everything else was not the greatest to start the guy that was making the fries packed them on good I will day but he covered the top of the box with his hands so they wouldn't fall and then wiped his hands on his shirt, the guy taking the order was with an attitude of come on let's go move on next person, the guy making the drinks was go and touch everything and clean the bathroom and come back without washing his hand and the guy making the burgers was a nice guy but grabs the condiments with his bear hand and wipes on a dirty cloth the dining room tables not cleaned the bathroom is discussing really dirty and smelly with flys and unsanitary the hole place is all unsanitary the food may be ok and nearly passing to ok but the rest of the place is a disaster I do not recommend enless you are dying of hunger I don't want to know what there freezer or cold fridge looks like.

Being served cold fries and asked to pay a tip on top of it by the card reader( when you pay for a Trio of chicken burger at $15+ taxes)when there is no service at the table, is exaggerated. I know prices have gone up since COVID but you don't make batches of fries prepared in advance and cold for such a price. Never ever going to set my foot in there again. I must admit that the chicken burger was tender and juicy though.

Poutin is an acquired taste but this place does well in serving up this Québécois comfort food. Honestly 2-3 people should share one serving because it’s very rich and very filling. Staff is nice. The restaurant keeps pretty busy even late at night so just be aware. The Reuben style sandwich was also pretty good. The price was appropriate for what you get. I would come back. I wish they had coke products though and kept the place cleaner.
