ServiceMaster Restoration by FUSON

My sump pump stopped working and we had a nightmare in our basement. I had been recovering from some serious health issues so that on top of everything raised my stress level even higher. All of the folks from Service Master who came out to my home were kind, patient and walked me through the whole process. They even gave me a recommendation for someone to replace my sump pump before they came out, and that company was out almost immediately.

Recently had a project completed. Frank was very responsive to my inquiries and scheduled a walk through and estimate the very next day. On the day of scheduled work Blake, Jake and Khoa were on time and professional. They walked me through the process and communicated with me every step. They did a very thorough job. I appreciate their work which saved the family from dealing with a very unsightly and hazardous situation. I would recommend these guys in the future.

Aaron was very helpful and accommodating,made a horrible experience definitely easier to get through,they kept us updated and were always ready to explain what was going to be happening in the process, would recommend them.

I had Blake and Austin at my home who were both so awesome they did amazing work and were very tentative when I had questions! Great team to work with! The guys were very knowledgeable on what they were doing!

They came out very quickly to give us a quote, provided us with information in regards to financial resources if needed and were very compassionate to our situation. My insurance company recently sent ServiceMaster to my house to deal with water and mold damage to my lower level. I could not be happier with the quality of their work. I was even more impressed with your workers. They were efficient, thorough, polite and professional. The project manager was Jeremy Snyder. He was very helpful in dealing with my insurance company and kept me updated at all times. The project workers were Khoa, Cody and Jacob and they made a great team. I was especially impressed with Khoa. He went beyond what was expected of him and always made sure I knew how the job was progressing.Once the air tests are satisfactory, the final reports will be sent to my insurance company and the reconstruction team will come in to get me back to normal. I can’t wait to meet them!

I was unfortunate to have a slow leak under my dishwasher which ruined a portion of my kitchen floors. I was able to use ServiceMaster to clean the mess up and dry out the floors. They were quick to get to my house, educated me throughout the entire process and got the job done quickly. During a time where I was pretty upset about what happened, I was at ease knowing the service I was getting.So much so I elected to use them for the floor repair. I was lucky enough to work with Aaron and Jake in Midland and I couldn't have more positive things to say. The job was done extremely fast and got me back to being able to use my kitchen. Aaron was always available for a call or text and his communication was next level. Jake who did the work was the exact same way. Both very professional, early or on-time and always took the time to explain to me what they would be doing, progress on the job and much more.I've had a few other bumps happen at my house and both Aaron and Jake have made themselves available to come out to my house within a moments notice.I recommend using ServiceMaster in Midland to anyone.Thanks guys!
