Great UHaul location, highly recommendCould not have had a better experience dealing with this UHaul location. Nav who was our customer service rep was a pleasure to deal with. He was very compassionate to the stress my daughter had with moving and made the whole transaction completely stress free. He put her worries at ease and made himself available the next day which was a stat holiday and nothing was open. Would highly recommend this UHaul location.

A VERY big thank you to Nav for his help. Not only was he a huge help in getting us boxes at the last minute, we also needed to extend our days with having the truck and he made the process very seamless and easy . Thank you Nav.

This location doesn’t deserve even one star! What a terrible experience this was. I tried to rent a trailer and was give one that had no running lights and wasn’t safe to drive. The employee there was the one that put the trailer on my hitch and said it was fine to drive.. it wasn’t at all! When I told him this was my safe he began to tell me I just didn’t know how to drive! I have never been spoken to by anyone in such a rude and unprofessional manner like I experienced here.NEVER will I use this place again! I wasted my time!When I went back to drop it off which I said I would do the next morning it was different person I spoke to and they are just a rude! Apparently here the customer is always wrong.Save your time and money and go somewhere else they place is a joke!

Nav is unprofessional and problematic. When we got there he waved his finger and said one second and proceeded with his phone call, he found every way to rack up our bill even adding safe package when we asked for it not to be added. The whole parking lot is small and not maintained aswell as the vans covered in snow and Ice. I’d stay away from this one.

Deserves less than 1 star Nav was very unprofessional and overcharged us and wasn't straight forward with anything we asked. He also was very rude to me when I went to ask a question waving his finger in my face

The representative at this Bradford St location was very helpful and friendly. I needed to modify my reservation and he was very helpful and accommodating.

I initially wrote this review while standing in line for U-Haul. At the time, I had rated it two stars because I didn’t think I’d be waiting there for almost an hour—like the guy in front of me mentioned he had to do. The woman in front of him (I was in a line of pretty frustrated customers) said that the employee had even showed up late to open the dealership.As you can imagine in a line of unhappy customers, there was a lot of audible huffing, sighing, and complaints—none of which seemed to bother the employee. He moved at a snail’s pace, and he offered no apologies or explanations.When it was finally my turn at the counter, I asked what the hold-up was, and the (only) employee nonchalantly said, “you know, sometimes the systems are slow”. For a company that specializes in truck rentals, you’d think that you’d ensure your business has the resources and personnel to handle the inevitable end-of-month moves.As he processed my order, he was also using a smart phone to check what seemed like U-Haul related information. I guess running a business on a small laptop in an aluminum-panelled trailer doesn’t have the best signal.Fast forward to me finally getting my keys: I opened the cargo area only to be hit with the stench of garbage. I get the feeling that whoever used the truck before me used it to transport garbage bags. There were crumbs (see video) and ants in the cargo area, and mud in the passenger area.In terms of payment, we were promised a half rate for kms because we downgraded from a 15’ truck to a 10’ truck that was unavailable for pick-up in St. Catharine’s and drop-off in Barrie. To compensate, the associate on the phone had said she would reduce the rate since we would now be driving double the kms we were initially quoted. When I returned my keys, however, my receipt showed that I was still going to be charged for the full km rate. I’m hoping that this gets corrected on my final invoice, but we’ll see.The only saving grace was Tina from customer service, who helped me extend my rental and didn’t charge me because of my poor experience earlier in the day.TL;DR comically long wait times, dirty trucks, indifferent and ill-equipped employee, overcharge on invoice, Tina is a G.

They asked me for 5 star review to get 5 dollars off my bill. So all the 5 star reviews you are seeing here are manipulated.

I have used Uhaul in the past with no issues this location was terrible. The person working was on a personal phone call when I arrived to pick up and had me stand there for 5 min then say sorry I have someone waiting I'll call you back". He then told me that the truck I had reserved went into service a week prior .... no one called me to tell me and direct me to another location or get the 20' truck to that location for my pick up date. I had no choice but to take the 15 ' truck this was not great because I had to make two trips to pick up the last few items that would have fit in the 20" truck that I reserved this caused me to have to pay double in KM fees and Im not happy about that as it was a mistake on UHAUL not mine.I also got the tuck and it had 1/4 tank of gas.... I would expect a rental company to have at least have 3/4 tank. This caused me to have to fill up before and after moving ??? The truck smelled over whelming of cigarette smoke .overall If I don't get some money back from this terrible experience I will never use this company again."
